The adventure of the new digidestined children

Chapter 6

"Well, its getting late anyway. Might as well sleep here for the night." Regina stated as they sat down on the coast of the lake.

"I'll find some other edible food." Regina said walking away with Dorumon.

"And I shall get the fire wood. The rest of you stay here." Audrey warned as she walked away with Catellamon.

"So, where are we going first?" Eli asked Tentomon was scratched his head in a thinking manner.

"Maybe Tundra Town. The evil Digimon seem to be seeking more Digimon to join them. And tundra town is the best way to do it." Tentomon answered

"How'd you know that?" Freya asked him.

"It has the highest slavery rate across the whole digital world." Tentomon answered again.

"Oh... makes sense." Freya said nodding her head.

"We caught fish!" David stated as they brought eight fish towards where the girls were.

Soon after, Audrey arrived with the fire wood and they made a fire using the lighter from Eli's bag.

They cooked the fish near the fire as they waited for Regina to come back. When she finally did, she tossed each of them a fruit.

"What's this?" Kevin asked examining the fruit.

"Dunno. But it taste like meat." Regina answered shrugging before she ate a piece of her fruit.

"Then let's call it a meat apple." Freya stated as she started eating the fruit as well.

"Fish is ready." Kevin announced as he gave the biggest ones to Marco and Reagan who started eating it, being careful of the bones.

The others picked up their piece of fish and also started eating. When they were finished they started packing their stuff away and killed the fire.

"Goodnight everyone." Regina said as she climbed onto a tree and slept.

"But I can't sleep. Not with all the commotion that has happened." Eli stated stubbornly as she sat down on the ground, crossing her arms.

"Well you better try to, cause we are going to need a lot of rest to fight more digimon like Duskmon." David reasoned as he leaned against a tree, with Dracomon beside him, they soon fell asleep. 

"What should we do then... Everyone besides us has slept." Freya said indicating to Eli, Kotemon and Tentomon. 

"How about I tell you a story?" Regina grumbled since she was awakened by the noise they were making. 

"Yeah!" Eli cheered as they listened tentatively to what Regina was about to tell.

"Once upon a time. In the digital world, there lived a dark force that almost resembles Bloody Mary, she eats and takes the soul of lost passengers who were still awake at 12. One night at the strike of 12, two little girls wandered off cause they couldn't sleep, and with great speed she quickly devoured them. Leaving the skin of her prey on the ground for the rest of the dark digimon to eat. The end." Regina smiled before sleeping again.

"Goodnight guys!" Eli said as she hastily grabbed her blanket from her bag and slept, soon after, Freya, Kotemon and Tentomon followed her.
