"The bidding will start at 3000 digits." He ordered as the digimons started bidding once more.
"4000!"
"6000!"
"9000!"
"10000!"
"12000!"
"Huh... apparently someone is crazy enough to bid more than 10000 digits." Audrey muttered to herself.
"They're actually doing this." Catellamon said shocked
"I thought you knew?" Audrey asked her
"I do but I've never seen it happen for real." Catellamon answered sheepishly.
"12500!"
"12700!"
"12850!"
"15000!"
"You know what I've had enough." Audrey stated as she took out her money.
"20000!" And just like before everyone turned quiet.
"20000 digits going once. Going twice. Sold to the other human!" The announcer cheered as Audrey walked towards back stage to collect Kudamon.
When she got there, she was greeted by Regina and Hopmon playing together with Dorumon.
"Here you go. Kudamon." A Digimon said giving Audrey the key and chain that was attached to Kudamon.
"Thanks." Audrey said as she opened the chain with the key.
"There you are. You're free now." She smiled as Kudamon looked relieved and shocked.
"Don't worry about it. Now run along and try not to get caught." Audrey said as Kudamon left.
"Where's the little guy?" She asked Regina as she walked towards her.
"He didn't want to go so I let him stay." Regina answered holding up her D-Port to show a digital Hopmon sleeping.
"We can do that? Cool." Audrey said with awe.
"We better tell the others the auction is over." Dorumon stated as the four of them walked out of the bar and outside where they found the other six digidestined and their Digimon gone.
"Why did I ever think they would stay?!" Audrey grumbled under breath as they started searching for them.
"Let's just hope they're around here somewhere. They couldn't have gotten far." Regina reassured them while they walked.
Then, something caught Catellamon's eyes.
"Buy the fish! It's fresher than fresh! It's the best!" A random Digimon said but that's not what caught her eye, it was the figure beside the Digimon.
A human hand appeared and grabbed the fish while the figure started walking unsteadily as if someone was standing on top of another.
"Found them." She said pointing at the hooded figure wobbling.
