After everything in the digital world came back to where it was. A new evil arose, an evil spirit who now ruled the digital world. But eight children will be chosen. To fight. Along with their digimon and friends, will they win?
"Halt! Get back to your cells prisoners!" A Frigimon guard ordered as he ran towards them.
"Uh oh. We're toast." Kevin cried as they ran away from the Frigimons that chased them around the room.
"Wait why are we running?" Audrey asked herself as she stood her ground.
"Catellamon. Digivolve!" She shouted as Catellamon started to change her form.
"DIgivolution." A robotic voice whispered
"Catellamon digivolve to! Sangloupmon!" The newly evolved digimon shouted
"Stickers blade!" Sangloupmon yelled as she climbed thousands of tiny needles that made it's way towards the snowman Digimon.
Once it hit the snow Digimon recoiled before looking at them angrily.
"Well that did not work as good as I planned..." Audrey muttered as Frigimon took hold of Sangloupmon and threw her to the wall.
"Uh oh..." She muttered as she quickly returned the pre evolved form of Sangloupmon back into her D-Port and proceeded to run once again.
"Sub zero ice punch!" One of the Frigimons shouted as he punched the ground causing ice to move towards the digidestined who barely dodged it.
"Come here so I can freeze you to death!" He ordered as the digidestined kept running until they finally found the exit, but the rock was still in the way.
"This is why we never anger Frigimons!" Tentomon stated as Audrey growled
"You think you could've told me that before I made them angry?!" She asked Tentomon who quickly hid behind Eli for protection.
"Digimodify! Digivolution activate!" Kevin shouted as he slid the card over the slot in his D-Port.
"Digivolution." A robotic voice whispered
"Betamon digivolve to! Seadramon!" The newly evolved digimon shouted as he protected Kevin.
"Water breath!" Seadramon shouted as he fired a blast of water towards the snowmen digimons.
"Ice blast!" He shouted once again as he instantly froze the water, trapping the Frigimons.
"That should buy us some time, good work Kevin." Regina praised as Kevin nodded and kept his attention at the Frigimons just in case they broke out.
"With enough strength, we can move the rock." David said as he took out a card.
"Digimodify! Power card activate!" He shouted as he slid the card over the slot in his D-Port as Dracomon nodded and aimed for the right side of the rock.
"Baby breath!" Dracomon shouted as he spitted out a huge fireball that hit the rock slightly causing it to move slightly.
"That's not enough!" Kevin stated as he looked from the Frigimons to the rock.
The ice started breaking and everyone hurried Dracomon who was still trying to move the rock, when the ice broke, the rock moved big enough so that they could get out, but waiting on the other side of he rock was a digimon.
"Who're you?" Audrey asked as she raised an eyebrow.
"Grumblemon take orders from no one except master, and you are not master." The digimon stated as Freya took out her D-Port.

"That's Grumblemon. He's a hybrid. One of the ten legendary warriors of the Digital world. At least, that was before he was hypnotised by the dark and powerful digimon they call master." Freya explained
"Grumblemon must take humans to master. He would be so proud of Grumblemon." The legendary warrior stated as he walked towards the cave and pushed the digidestined children away from their exit.
"Hey! What's the big idea?!" Audrey asked angrily as Grumblemon looked at the now cowering Frigimons.
Eli quietly slid her card towards the slot of her D-Port and Tentomon digivolved.
"What did Grumblemon say he would do if you don't get what Grumblemon desires?" He asked angrily as the Frigimons started apologising.
"Grumblemon no need sorry. Grumblemon wants the humans." He shouted as he brought his hammer out.
"Seismic sledge!" Grumblemon shouted as he brought his hammer down and smashed two Frigimond with only one blow before they turned into data. Once they turned into data, Grumblemon absorbed it and smirked as the other cowering Frigimons.
"Back off!" Eli shouted as she came to protect the Frigimons.
"Human is in Grumblemon's way, human better get out of the way before human regret it." Grumblemon ordered as Eli stood her ground.
"Very well then, Seismic sledge!" He shouted as he brought his hammer down towards Eli, but before he could reach Eli, a bug like hand stopped him from destroying her.
"You gotta be careful where you hold that bud, you might just hurt someone." Kabuterimon smirked as he flung Grumblemon to the side of the cave.
"Everybody run!" Kabuterimon ordered as the cave started to crumble and their only exit started to disappear. Fortunately, the digidestined children and their digimons made it just in time as the exit was filled with snow.
"Let's not bother them for a bit." Eli said as the rest of them nodded in agreement and continued their journey,
"Where to next?" Freya asked as Tentomon scratched his head in a thinking manner.
"Gotsumon's Village!" He answered confidently as he pointed towards the dark forest.
"Sure let's go to the dark scary forest why don't we." Audrey grumbled incoherently as they started making their way to the village.
