Chapter ten<33 ……finally ((;

Melanies POV<3

2 minutes into the drive I got a text from Baylie and then one from Liam a second later.

I read Baylies first.

~hey girl! Good luck at that new school of yours! I miss u    –Bay

--new schools suck … I miss u too:(   -- Mel

~school is gunna suck butt without u here! U better call me after ur school gets out  -Bay

Me and Baylie said bye. Then I read Liam’s text

~ I miss mornings with you Mel, I hope you kick ass at school today –Liam

As soon as I read it I felt my heart drop, I really missed him. Every morning we would wake up really early and head out to surf, then we would eat breakfast at his house.

-- I miss our mornings too & ur moms cooking(;  --Mel

~yea my mom misses u too…I gotta go, Bay’s making me drive her to school:/ -Liam

--ok tell ur mom hi and tell Bay she’s a lazy nugget.--Mel

Liam and I texted bye to each other.  I remember Baylie would always let me drive her car to school. Maybe she didn’t want to drive to school alone today or she is just being her usual lazy self.

The drive wasn’t that long.

We didn’t talk much, but it wasn’t awkward.

When a good song would come on the radio me and Tyler would just laugh and sing along, while Damon just stared out the window with an annoyed expression.

I completely forgot about my nervousness but as soon as I saw the schools parking lot coming up into view, my stomach started to feel fluttery.  (Butterflies)

We drove in the lot and almost every space was taken.

Tyler was looking around for a parking space, while I just looked around at all the students walking around.

They didn’t look much different than from my old school… I didn’t know if that was a good or bad thing.

“Oh darn…. The only spots open are the further ones all the way near the field.” Tyler whined.

I rolled my eyes, “Suck it up, you could use the exercise.”

He glared at me, “I work out every day. I deserve to be lazy once in a while. Plus, it’s your fault we have to park in a sucky spot.”
