"Who's this?" Twilight asks. He jumps up and says "My name is Onyx. Onyx Lance."Applejack was puzzled and starts to ask "But ya sai-" "That was my name in that world here I am Onyx Lance." Applejack tells the girls that he won't hurt them and Applejack starts telling him who everyone is "This is-" "I know who you all are, but where is Pinkie?" Rarity speaks up " Well darling, she is probably waiting for you in ponyville" Onyx chuckles "Probably with a party" Twilight joins in as they walk towards ponyville "You really do know who we are don't you?" He laughs "More than you know" Right then Pinkie pie bursts out and does pretty much exactly what she does for Twilight when she first comes to ponyville.
After the party Onyx asks Twilight if he could talk with Shining Armor. "Well, sure i guess" She replies. All of a sudden Onyx disappears! Twilight doesn't know what happened but then Onyx appears and asks" Why aren't you coming? I would like to talk to your brother.""Where did you go?? You were here and then you weren't!" Twilight was so confused and intrigued at the same time! "Huh, interesting, teleportation must be a side effect of going through the portal since I wasn't a pony already, well i'm going to see Shining Armor bye!" With that he disappears and pops back up right in front of Shining Armor.
Without even opening his eyes Onyx says "Relax i'm not here to hurt you"He opens his eyes to see that Shining Armor was ready to fight but was lowering his weapon. "What are you here for then?" "I'm here to duel with you. If you win I leave equestria; If I win I become part of the royal guard. Deal?" Shining Armor chuckles "You want to duel me? sure kid you're on, but first we need Celestia to begin for the duel."
So after Celestia came and began the duel the two ponies didn't get very far until a black cloud loomed over them and King Sombra appeared in between them!
