Chapter 19: Hani to the resscue

While Nari was in the closet, I thought of a way to contact Hani. I found out that I could send a letter to their dorm. I remembered their address, so all I had to do is write the letter.

Dear Hani

Sorry that I didn't contact you before now, but alot has happened.

I need some help and I feel like I need you.

Please come and visit me on the XX/XX.

I am free from classes that day.
Just say you are one of my friends from the engagement party (Yes I am engaged and that's one of my problems)

I hope I see you soon
(Y/N)

I wrote the address on the envelope and gave my letter to Suzu to post it. 

A few days later, I got answer from Hani.

Dear (Y/N)

Don't worry, I will be there.

That was the whole letter. Couldn't write anything more? I thought.

I knew that she was simple and relaxed girl, from what I heard of Jin.
Apparently Jin and Hani is pretty good friends. Maybe more than good friends...

I was in my room, waiting for Hani. Around 3pm I heard a soft knock on my door.
"Miss (Y/N), Miss Hani is here for you."
"Come in" I answered Suzu.

Hani greeted me with a smile.

"Hi (Y/N)! How are you?"
"I am fine Hani, thanks for coming over."
"No problem, so what's the deal?"
"Ehm, where do I begin..?" I said.

After explaining what happened at the party and my thoughts, Hani spoke up.

"Oh boy, this is going to be a hard one... But I will help you, I mean, my Jin wouldn't like to see his group member sad right?"

"Your Jin...?" I said giving her -What do you mean- look. 😏
I could see Hani started to blush.

"Yeah... ehm... We kind of... h-ey! Let's not talk about me!"

After hours talking with Hani about a plan, it was time to wrap things up.

Before she left, she gave me a letter.  The writing was beautiful and I could recognize it right away. 

"Suga.." I whispered with a smile on my face.

I went back to my room. Still smiling, I put the letter on my night table and went to the bathroom to change into more comfortable  clothes. 

I put on my sleeping shorts and a t-shirt. 
When I came back, the letter was gone. 
I searched my whole room, but couldn't find it.

I sighted in frustration, talking to myself.
"Where can it be? Did Father take it? What did it say?"
Then I heard a voice.

"Wow, This boi is cheesy! Why do you even like him?"
"WHAO!! NARI! WHAT THE HELL! WHERE DID YOU COME FROM!?"

"Ehm, the same way you did, my mother..."

"Oh god damn it Nari..."

"Whao whao whao, don't judge me! I am not the one with romance problems..."

"That's why you don't have a boyfriend Nari..."

"Oh, I have many boy friends"

"... Nari...."

"Yeah Lil sis?"

"*Cousin"
"Whatever"
"Get out"
"Why?"
"Just... let me have some alone time"

"With who, Can I join?!"
"..."

"Fine, I'll leave. I like food better than you anyway" 

And with that, Nari flew out.. the door. 

How? I don't even know. 

"How can we possibly be related"

I sat in my bed and picked up the letter.
Just looking at it made my heart beat faster.

I could still remember his smile, his warmth, his beautiful eyes.

I started to read the letter.

Dear (Y/N)

I know I am not good with words, but I really miss you.

I feel a part of me is gone.

When you are not with me, I can't do my work properly, 

I keep up messing up.
You always comes to my mind, and when I can't text you, it makes me more worried if you are ok at home.

Your father really didn't like the idea of us two together right?

I found out that Hani would come over, so I wrote this letter.

Please let us meet each other soon.

Or else, I think I am going crazy...

Hi! Sorry for the late update, I had a really hard time to write and been sick for a while now.

My life is getting a little hectic.... Not an excuse, I promise XD
