Mathan A Twilight Parody

-Max Parker- ~Part Two~

Nathan's POV:

I drove my truck into my school the next morning and I got stared at by so many people.

What year is that thing? Go back to the past old man!! A boy shouted at me when I stepped out. I put my hood on and walked to the front office.

I opened the door and went to the front desk.

Hello Mr.Sykes.Your father called and said you would be starting today. The woman said. She gave me my schedule and called in a girl probably my age to help show me around.

Hi I'm Nareesha. What's your name? Nareesha asked me.

Nathan. What grade are you in? I asked her.

11th. You? You look 10th or maybe 9th. Nareesha said.

I'm 11th too...I just look younger. I told her.

Sorry about that. What do you have first? She asked looking at my schedule.

Um...Chemistry. I said.

Great me too. I don't have a partner so you can be mine. She said pulling me along.

Mr. Martin we have a new student. Nareesha said telling the teacher then sitting in her seat at the front.

Great. Class this is Chief Sykes son. Nathan. Your partner is Nareesha here. Mr. Martin said as I sat next to Nareesha.

Now today....

*Next class*

I didn't have Nareesha next with me, but one of her friends Kelsey did. The class was split into two. Girls and boys so I didn't meet Kelsey. Basketball for boys and volleyball for girls. I'd rather play volleyball. I got knocked down so many times that the teacher told me to just collect the volleyball everytime the girls hit it too far. That's when I met Kelsey, the sporty blonde who was the varsity volleyball captain. She was very nice and really outgoing.

*Next Class*

English with Nareesha and Kelsey.  They were already partners so the teacher put me with a bald boy with gray eyes.

Um hi I'm Nathan. I whispered quietly to him. He sniffed and then shifted away from me slightly as if my smell was bad.

As soon as the bell rang, he got up so fast and left.

What did you do to him? Kelsey asked me as I walked to the cafeteria with them.

I introduced myself. Do I stink? He sniffed the air then shifted away from me. I asked them. Kelsey sniffed me, then sniffed again.

No you smell really good. What apples? Kelsey asked me.

Maybe he doesn't like apples. Nareesha said as we got our food. I was about to sit down when my chair was pulled out and my food, instead of lying on the table was now lying all over me. Laughing erupted throughout the cafeteria.

Mikey that was rude. Kelsey yelled as Nareesha helped me up. I had Mac & Cheese and water all over my shirt and pants.

Let me help him. I've got extra clothes in my car. The boy with gray eyes said.

U-uh s-ure. Nareesha stuttered out. All he did was turn around and he silenced all laughter.

Then he took me to his car and pulled out a shirt and pants from the back.

Can you show me where the bathroom is? I asked him.

Sure. Follow me. He said as he led me to a bathroom. There were two other boys in there smoking and first they glared at me, but then noticed Mr. Gray eyes. They quickly threw away their cigarettes and walked out. I changed then folded my clothes up. When I finished, he was gone. I never heard the door open nor close. Strange. I was about to walk back to the cafeteria when the bell rang signaling for Period 4: Math.

In my math class, I was partnered up with a curly hair boy.

Hi I'm Jay. Aren't you the guy who fell at lunch? Jay asked me.

Yeah. Are you going to laugh too? I asked him.

No. I was going to ask if one you were okay, & two if my brother can have those clothes back.

Brother? You look nothing alike. I said making him laugh.

Adopted. Max, Tom, & I. Jay told me.

I never caught his name. I said.

You met Max. He's the second oldest. I'm the youngest of the trio and Tom's the oldest. Jay explained to me.

Oh. What grade are you all in? I asked him.

I'm in 11th and Tom and Max are in 12th. Jay told me.

Oh I'm in 11th too. I said just as a ruler was about to slap our desk. About to, what shocked me is Jay caught it. He didn't even look hurt.

Don't want to break another ruler, Ms. Gale. Jay told her winking.

Quit talking in my class. Ms. Gale scolded us.

Sorry. We both said.

Sure I'll return them tomorrow. I told Jay after class.

Alright. Bye Nathan! Jay said walking in the opposite direction at a quick speed.

*Last Class of the Day*

My last class again without Nareesha nor Kelsey was choir. I walked in late seeing I got lost.

Who are you? The teacher asked me.

Nathan Sykes. I'm new and I got lost sorry. I said.

No excuses. You'll stay 15 minutes after. The teacher said.

Go stand next to Mr. Parker. Max raise your hand. The teacher said. I saw Max, the boy from before raise his hand. I quickly walked toward him, and ended up falling into him. The boy who made me fall at lunch, Mikey tripped me. Max caught me and immediately tensed shuffling away from me after he steadied me. I blushed a bit shuffling away myself.

After class, everyone packed up and left. Max said something to the teacher and she let me leave on time.

Thanks Max. I said as he nodded. Like Jay, he left at a fast pace.
