What would wake you up from your beauty sleep?

Normally, Paris would be woken up by the sun rays softly hitting her face that came down from the window, birds chirping and sing-songs along the branches of the trees, or people happily greeting each other along the streets.

What would come worse?

Of course, a freaking alarm clock, that's for sure. And lastly, a person who's already mad on the earliest hour in the morning.

Paris was unintentionally woken up by the Isaiah who has been talking over the phone. She was now preparing for their another tour in the City which she has been excited for days. They're going to Notre Dame! The famous Notre Dame! She had only knew about this because of the Disney movie, Hunchback in the Notre Dame but she was not oblivious of the famous rose window in front of the cathedral. She's extremely excited about it!

Isaiah was still on his phone. Seriously that long? How many callers did he got since he had woken her up? Did they talk for hours? Was that a serious one? Of course, serious calls and messages should be answered immediately, especially in the business world. Except if they would bring out the worst in you.

It has been days, 5 days to be exact that Paris had not replied to his precious and ever beloved fiancé. Her conscience had been good lately and did not send her signals of guilt and regret on not replying to Mr. Samuels.

He did say she must enjoy her vacation, so as an obedient fiancée she definitely will, and there is no doubt she will not enjoy her vacation especially if she is in Paris! Plus he didn't even said something that would need a response.

It has been more than a week since she arrived in the Paris and so far she had been living there with no problems at all. Thanks to her housemate who had been her tour guide and chaperone wherever she goes and most of all her supplier of food in their apartment.

Though there are times that the great Isaiah would crawl on to her nerves, she had been quite used to it and there will be no days they would not bicker with each other. Unless, one of them had something to deal separately.

Isaiah became her good good friend eventually despite of his flamboyant attitude. He did know how to loosen things up especially if things got cranky and out of control. Paris had admitted as well that she likes him, though, not so sure if her feelings for Isaiah is greater than hers for Marco. Well, nevertheless, there would not be wrong if she'll just keep it in herself just like she usually do of her feelings with Marco.

"I told you that I'll be taking over that problem once I am finished here."

Paris accidentally overheard him as she went out of her room and proceeded to the kitchen.

"I know what I am doing dad. And I am keeping track of time," Isaiah bellowed and sounded grouchy to his caller which she heard he was his dad.

Paris tried to remember but she thought that he and his father is already in good terms. It might be about the job Isaiah's trying to apply here.

"I know," he said over the phone as he came in in the kitchen.

Isaiah looked grumpy and annoyed. Someone really woke up at the wrong side of the bed.

Paris brought her cup to her smirking lips and quietly observed the man in front of her who did not give any fuss on her.

"I had already notify her but she hadn't responded yet."

Paris saw Isaiah nibbled his lower lip, he might be controlling his temper right now. Fathers, she quietly and honestly agree, can sometimes annoy you to the worst of the worst.
