Sydney and Peggy were looking for Steve, seeing as he was two minutes late, when they walk around a corner and see him locking lips with Secretary Lorraine.

"Steve!" Sydney barks at him. He quickly pulls away, and wipes the lipstick off his lips. "They're ready for you if you're not otherwise occupied."

"Agent Carter, Sydney, wait," Steve says as he goes after the two women.

"Looks like finding a partner wasn't that hard afterall," Peggy says.

"Peggy, that's not what you thought it was," Steve says.

"I don't think anything Captain. Not one thing," Peggy says. "You always wanted to be a soldier and now you are, just like all the rest."

"Well what about you and Stark?" Steve asks and Sydney rolls her eyes. Steve stops and the two women continue walking. "How do I know you two haven't been... fondue-ing?" The two women stop in their tracks.

"You still don't know a bloody thing about women," Peggy says as she walks off. Sydney was about to follow her when she changed her mind. She turns around and walks up to her brother.

"You have a little lipstick, right there," Sydney says and she points to the corner of her mouth, where there really wasn't anything there. He goes to wipe off the nonexistent product when Sydney stops him. "No no, allow me," She says and she reaches for a pocket, when she snaps her hand back up to slap him right in the cheek. She turns around and hits him in the face with her long ponytail. She walks over to where Peggy was and the woman hands her a set of clothes.

"It's a new uniform, though Howard like to call it a costume," Peggy says and the two girls laugh.

"You okay Peggy?" Sydney asks.

"Yea, there's plenty of other partners out there," Peggy says. "On a lighter note, congratulations!" They talk that that for a long time. The costume was perfect and she couldn't be happier. That damn cape always made it so hard to run.

They take out Hydra bases one by one, while Sydney forgives Steve as she gets even closer with Bucky. They burn bases to the ground, blow up tanks, she runs around, taking out soldiers faster than anyone can shoot, Bucky, their best sniper, does so with 100% accuracy every time. Captain America throws his mighty shield, while Steve Rogers bitches about how he wishes he could have Peggy there. They work together, like a real team, like they should, and they do it well. They were, the Howling Commandos!

They're up on a cliff, with a wire that was shot into the mountain, so they could jump onto a train. They were listening to a radio transmission in German, telling them when the train was going to get there.

"Remember when I made you ride the Cyclone at Coney Island?" Bucky asks. Sydney was holding onto his arm, as she never liked heights. She prefered when she had flat land to run on.

"Yea and I threw up," Steve states.

"This isn't payback is it?" Bucky asks and Sydney chuckles.

"Now why would he do that?" Sydney asks.

"We were right, Dr. Zola's on the train," Gabe Jones says. He understood at least five different languages including French and German. "Hydra dispatcher gave him permission to open up the throttle. Wherever he's goin' they must need him bad."

Steve puts on his helmet and Sydney lifts up her facemask. Because of her speed, she never got cold She could just vibrate to create friction to warm her up. The men were always so jealous.

"Let's get going 'cause they are moving like the devil," Falsworth says.

"We only got about a ten second window, you miss that window, we're bugs on a windshield!" Steve yells over the wind. Bucky wraps his arm around Sydney's waist, and she gasps. He looks down at her, since, even though the transformation made her taller, she still wasn't that tall. He kisses her, and they jump right after Steve. She holds on for dear life as they zip down, only air around them. She opens her eyes and sees that they landed safely.

"Please let's never do that again," Sydney says. Bucky just chuckles and kisses her. They landed with Steve and Gabe, the former descending while the latter was going to try and get to the front from the roof. They go into the car with Steve and begin to walk through the door, Sydney next to her brother and Bucky watching their back.

Steve and Sydney enter the car ahead of Bucky when the door suddenly close, and they're both trapped. Sydney looks and sees a giant man with two equally huge guns on the other side of the room. They try and shoot at him but it's no use, so Steve hides while Sydney runs over and gives him a few well timed punches, though it doesn't seem to do anything, so Sydney just joins her brother in hiding.

They continue shooting at the large man with the large guns, knocking things over with their fire. Steve uses a moving hook to use his momentum to kick the large man in the chest. Sydney runs over and picks up his gun, shooting it at the door. Steve rips it off it's hinges and Sydney runs and sees Bucky shooting at a man until his bullets run out, and he's left with nothing to defend himself. Steve opens the door to give Bucky his gun, but Sydney just speeds behind him, and shoots him in the head.

"I had him on the ropes," Bucky says and Sydney scoffs.

"Sure you did," she says. She runs over and hugs him. "Are you okay?"

"I'll always be with you in my arms," Bucky says and she smiles.

They break apart and and Steve yells, "Get down!" There's an explosion and the three of them are flung into the wall, and a hole is created in the side of a train. It was the giant man with the giant guns. Sydney looks up and sees Bucky grabbing Steve shield and walking over in front of her to protect her.

"Bucky no!" Sydney yells but it's too late. The man fires again, and Bucky is protected by Steve's shield, which he flings for Steve to catch, which he does, and is thrown out of the train car.

"NO!" Sydney yells and she runs over to him while Steve knocks out the large man. She reaches for Bucky's hand and she just barely touches it, when she feel him put something in her right hand.

"I love you," He says and before Sydney can say it back, he loses his grip, and he falls.

"NO! BUCKY!" Sydney screams. She moves back in the car and begins sobbing, clutching the thing Bucky gave her. She never wanted to let it go. She opened up her hand and saw something she never wanted to lose, ever.

It was Bucky's dogtags from the 107th.
