↬ Christina Gilmore
present day
Independence Inn
Christina walked through the doors on the kitchen. She ran up to Rory and hugged her neck, "Rory! I'm so happy for you!" Chris exclaimed her grip tightening. "So so happy!"
Rory tried to pry her younger sister's grip off her neck but failed. "Chris. Choking. Me." She tried to get out. Christina let go of her sister muttering a 'sorry.' Christina and Rory looked at each other. "I'm going to Chilton!" Rory exclaimed and Rory, Chris, Lorelai and Sookie group hugged.
"I'm going to call Lane," Rory said and left the room.
When Rory left the room, Lorelai and Sookie turned their heads and smiled at Chris. Chris furrowed her eyebrows and grabbed a cookie from the tray.
Lorelai narrowed her eyes at her youngest daughter, by three minutes, and walked her to her, circling around her. "Mom, you're starting to freak me out." Lorelai smiled.
"Why didn't you tell me you were dating anyone?!" Her mother exclaimed, gripping her shoulders and shaking her.
Chris' body shook, and she tried to let go of her mothers grip. "I'm not dating anyone!"
Lorelai rolled her eyes, "Rory said otherwise."
Chris narrowed her eyes at her mother, "Of course she did." Christina took another bite of her cookie, "I met him today. I was just out with him at Luke's, not a date." She rolled her eyes and began to walk out the door. "I'm going to the library, I'll see you later."
Christina left and Sookie and Lorelai looked at each other and grinned.

Christina walked into the library and sat on the floor near the shelfs. She began writing about the Civil War, learning a lot more than before. She flipped through the pages, jotting down notes or things that interested her in general.
After about an hour, Chris' stomach grumbled. "I guess it's time for a break," she smiled and grabbed her stuff. She walked out the door, waving at Kirk, then heading to Luke's.
She opened the door to Luke's diner and walked into the kitchen and grabbed some fries. She walked over to the bar and sat down. Christina began to munch on her fries as Luke appeared, he furrowed his eyebrows, "Where did you get those?" He questioned. Christina smirked a him and popped another fry into her mouth. "Don't tell me you went into the kitchen, Christina, you know you aren't back there."
Christina rolled her eyes, "Get me hot cocoa!" She demanded. Luke rolled his eyes and walked over and grabbed a mug and poured her hot chocolate, which he only makes for her. He set it down and she smiled wide. "Thanks Lukey Pokey," she sipped more of her drink and began to work on her homework.
"You know, I don't think he likes Rory," Luke rested his elbows on the counter.
"Dean?" Christina asked him, her eyebrows furrowed. Luke nodded his head and pursed his lips, he patted the table and walked to take a customers order. She started to play with her fries and thought about Dean. She just met the guy today. Plus, she saw him looking at Rory. She thought Luke was just saying that to not hurt her feelings.
