A few days later:
We were currently getting ready for the boys to come home. They were coming home tomorrow, and I was getting so excited! Louis gave us the idea of throwing them a party with just us. It would be Louis, Harry, Niall, Liam, Zayn, Iz, Danny, Noah, Will, and I. Iz, Danny, and I were out buying decorations. It was going to be at my place. We bought confetti, streamers, and balloons. Just some simple decorations. We also got those little clappers, and the little horns you blow. We also got a cake that said 'Welcome Home Boys!". It was so cute. The boys were back at my place, planning on how to set everything up. I'm sure they weren't doing that though. They were probably watching T.V. or something. I would rather have us girls do it anyways, so it's probably for the better. Once we got the decorations we came back and started decorating. All of our decorations were red and white. Danny and Noah blew up the balloons, Will and Iz put the cake away and put confetti everywhere, and me and Louis put up the streamers. We put some around the kitchen, above the doorways, and in the living room.
"Do you want me to get on the stool and do it?" Louis asked. I was currently on the stool trying to tape a piece of streamer onto the wall. I was struggling a bit.
"No, I can do it." I said "I almost got it." I said. Louis had his hands out behind me, ready to catch me if I fell. I finally taped it on and then stepped off the stool.
"Told you I could do it." I said smirking at Louis. He just shook his head and smiled. Finally we were done with the streamers, so we went over to help with the balloons. Will and Iz were already over there helping. We sat down with everybody and started blowing up the balloons.
"Maybe you shouldn't be blowing them up, Mel." Iz said worriedly.
"Why?" I asked, clearly not getting it.
"Um,...your asthma." she said looking at me like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Oh, right." I said. I put the balloon I was holding down and just sat there.
"You can start tying the string onto the balloons if you want." Danny said handing me the roll of ribbon. I grabbed it from her and smiled.
"Okay." I said.
"I'll help you." Noah said, coming over next to me.
"Thanks." I said. I got up and got some scissors. I sat back down and started working. All of a sudden I heard a thump, and then Louis laughing. I looked up from the balloon I was tying and saw Louis cracking up as Iz stared at him angrily, her hair sticking up on one side.
"You're gonna pay for that Louis." she said seriously, grabbing a balloon, and smacking him with it. I smiled as I saw Louis hair start to stick up. Louis took his balloon again and smacked Iz. She smacked him back. They continued going at it until we were all smacking each other with balloons. I was cracking up so much. Louis blew up a balloon and then let it deflate right in my face. He blew up another one and let it go. It went flying all around the apartment. Once it ran out of air, it flew right into Louis face. We all doubled over in laughter.
"Karma!" Iz yelled. I laughed even harder. We continued smacking each other with balloons until I couldn't take it anymore. I was laughing to hard that my stomach hurt.
"Stop, stop!" I said through laughs, holding my stomach. Everyone stopped hitting each other, as we all tried to catch our breaths.
"That was fun." Will said.
"Yeah, it was. But we should probably get back to work. We don't want to be here all night blowing up balloons." I said. I looked around at everybody, and then landed on Danny. Her hair was by far the messiest. I smiled, and practically choked on my laughter. I was trying so hard not to laugh.
