5. Nothing Says Creepy Like a Crazy Russian Hobo

The rest of the day is a blur and the next thing I know, I’m sitting at the back of the tour bus fan-girling with Cait.

“Holy shit storm Batman!” I practically squeak and try to rip off Cait’s arm.

Cait just sits there, smiling, with her mouth open and starts giggling.

We feel a lot better now. Our wounds have healed surprisingly fast. We had left the house. Cait had been leaning on CC and I had been too weak to walk so Jake carried me. Andy had fallen on his shoulder and was wondering, out loud, whether he’d broken yet another bone. I didn’t see much of Ashley... I guess he was hanging around the back moping. We were greeted outside by the tour bus and a very angry and worried looking Sammi Doll. What she was doing there, I have no idea. I guess she must have come on tour with them. She ran over to Jinxx and glomped him. We all filed onto the bus and they sent Cait and I down to the back to rest while they discussed the current situation.

So now, here we are, sitting at the back of the Black Veil Brides tour bus, freaking out over the fact that we’re here with our heroes.

“I can’t believe you made Ashley help me take my shirt off! It was so awkward!” Cait blushes.

“You’re welcome!” I punch her in the shoulder and she pokes her tongue out at me.

I check my phone while Cait continues gawking at the guys. 20 missed calls from my parents.... shit.

“What cha doin?” She asks peering over my shoulder.

I quickly put my phone away and say, “nuuhthing.”

“Anyway, why did your parents let you go? And why were you grounded in the first place?”

“Well, actually, I’m still at home in bed... To their knowledge anyway.”

“You snuck out didn’t you!?” She tries to raise one eyebrow and fails, miserably.

“They grounded me for sneaking out! What else was I supposed to do!?”

“You have a problem with your  brain! Like, its missing!”

“Hey! I have good logic!”

“Your logic is broken!”

“My logic is undeniable!!”

“Woah... Calm down.” CC is standing next to the bunk we’re sitting on, looking down at us.

“No!” I exclaim.

Cait turns to me, “Calm your farm!”

“Gaaah!” I curl into a little ball and Cait starts laughing at me.

“You two are an interesting pair.” CC says, sitting down on the bunk opposite us.

“No, we’re the same person.” I say and we attempt to high five. It almost works but we are too lazy to do it again.

CC smiles, “Well you are more interesting than everyone else at the moment, they’re all being really depressing and serious.”

“Why so serious?” I question.

“I’m too freaked out to be serious,” Cait laughs and we join in because the face she is pulling is hilarious.

There is an awkward moment of silence.

“Uhh... What do you think is going to happen to us?” I ask quietly, still hugging my knees. I hadn’t really thought about it. But then again what did I think would happen? They’ll probably end up dumping us back home, they can’t really just take us away from all that. I mean, we still have a few months of school left and hell, I’m not even 18 so my parents still own me and I can’t do anything, well, legally. Did I really think that they’d just take us away on an adventure? Party all night and kill demons all day? Stupid brain is stupid, why did I think any of that would happen?
