I wish that we all could stay young
Stay forever young and never grow old
It slipped out of my tongue
And I was so bold
But I realise one day
I'll never get to do the things I'm doing now
And I can't find a way
For it to be allowed
It will but I might not be strong enough
Might not be interested enough
Might not be brave enough
Or even alive
Why can't I be young forever
I want my youth to last forever
But I have to accept that
A blooming flower will eventually wilt
