Thought you were the best gift
Heaven had given to me
Thought you were my friend, my companion
We only did what we really believed
Never thought I could be
A mistake, rectified now
Anger, grief asks of how
They have become a regular friend
As this tale reaches a dead end
Realised now, that I was
Just wasting warmth on dead flower
Affection less doll now longing for air
Broke to heal, renewed it from there
Where smiles bloomed, now relations doomed
The times I said, You and I
And maybe a We
But now it really breaks me
Of what has become of us
What should I say now
When you have really abandoned me?
