Ava pov (Ava on top, but with her green eyes)

I shift out of Riker's car and walk toward my front door. The sun had lowered the moon replacing it. Riker had told me he had went out to get some breakfast and when he was driving back he saw the men at his house. He booked it and drove over to my house, but i had already left. That's when he called me. We spent the day fixing his house and worrying about James. I swing open my gate and hear it clank behind me. Riker didn't even want to drop me off, but i made him. I take my phone out and check the time. It's 7:45. Thanks to winter the sun goes down faster. I put my phone back in my pocket as i reach the front door. I turn my head and nod at Riker. He nods back from inside his car and takes off. He is going to stay at a hotel and try to lay low. I watch his lights disappear into the darkness and turn back around. I reach for the doorknob and put my key in. I hear shuffling from inside my house as the lock clicks. I tense instantly. I reach for my knife sliding it around my waist to the front. I open the door slowly. I tiptoe inside cruising myself. My brain screams for me to turn around, but i keep going in. The room is deadly quiet. One of my lamps is turned on and a lays chip bag is on the couch. I keep  my knife near the outer side of my leg hiding it from view. I swallow the growing lump in my throat. I see a flicker of movement like they were coming closer. I grab at the shadow and my hand wraps around a shirt. I throw them to the center of the room and i grab there arm and flip them on their back. I straddle the stranger bringing my knife to his throat. I lean in my face inches from theirs. My mid snaps to alert as Mason stares back at me. NO NO NO NO my mind screams. Panic races through me as i press the knife harder against his throat. i hear 3 clicks of a gun. I look up slowly not moving my knife and see Jason, Trevor, and Jess standing there there guns pointed at with astonished expressions on there face. "What are you doing here" I ask with a snap glaring at the three boys. "We came here to ask you how you know James" Trevor says watching my carefully. "You should stay away from James, He isn't one for friends" I snap back at them. Mason laughs from under me as i realize what position i'm in. I am straddling his hips and his arms are raised above his head due to the knife at his throat. I scurry off of him and stand. "What's so funny" I ask him gruffly as he gets up from off the floor. "We were gonna tell you the same thing" He says and looks over me. I curse to myself when i realize i'm wearing a crop top and leggings with my jacket. Not so much a nerdy look. I instinctively look down to my wrist. It's covered. I hold in a sigh of relief and look back up at the boys. They stare at me confused and smug expression on them. "How do you know James" Mason ask leaning against the back of the couch. "None of your business" I bite at him. i'm not going to blow my cover more. "were you one of his sluts before he got that girlfriend" Trevor ask still pointing his gun at me. In fact all the boys were pointing there guns at me besides mason. As quick as lighting i bring my leg up and tear my gun from my ankle pointing it at him. Anger coursed through my entire body "I was never one of his sluts" I bark at him making him flinch as i click my gun. So much for trying to salvage my cover. "Were you his girl then" Jess asks fear shock and fear seeping through his calm expression. "No" I lie. They look at me inquisitive and nod. "Why are you lying" Mason asks his relaxed position now tense. I roll my eyes and walk past them tucking my gun into my boot. I put my knife in my pouch and lay down on my bed. I hear a faint knock on the door. "What" I call out exasperated. The door opens reveling the four of them. They file into my room. Jess leans against the blue wall, Trevor sits in the small brown chair joining my desk, Jason leans on the wall like Jess, and Mason sits on the corner of my bed. They all stare at me as i sit up. "How long have you been here" I ask furrowing my eyebrow. "3 hours" Jason replies nonchalantly. "3 HOURS" I scream my eyes going wide. My jaw drops as they nod. "Why" I ask looking over at Mason. This should be good.
