" Mai why are you here?" Jay asked, not wanting to believe the bold truth.  She had her walking stick and smiled wickedly " I chose to, I'm sick of your orders! All I do in that scrummy kingdom is get ordered around and petted, I'm tired of purring, you know Saphire's children that moved away from her?! I'M the assassin that slaughtered them hehehehehahahahha!" She cackled, Destin took a step away " Y-you're insane!" Jay exclaimed " And so was the display of your kingdom getting burned down!" Mai exclaimed, Jay looked taken aback. Destiny stood " what?! you burned the kingdom down?!" Mai smirked to Destiny " Indeed I did!"

Jay growled at mai " I trusted you and gave you love and THIS is how you repay me??" Mai snarled in response " You call being locked away love? you trusted me to barely take a few steps from the palace!" The king was now enraged " You think I held you back?! you were the head pet and you-you treated your friend like that?!" Jay looked to Saphire who was still enraged, her hair wishing around in anger, her body in flames. Suddenly someone appeared behind Destiny and picked her up, who screamed " It's alright I'm on your side, we need to get the king out of here, Saphire is destabilizing!" The mystery man said, she nodded and called to the angry king " We need to go love! Saphire is destabilizing, she takes us down with everyone else!"

Jay nodded than ran out, as he did the true chaos happened, The mystery man ran out the doors, barely getting Destiny through without being crushed in the rubble. The entire palace of Ordrea collapsed in a heap of stone and foundations. Jay looked out in horror and started climbing on the rubble, destiny working on trying to find the mystery man while Jay looked for Saphire. Finally a weak hand shot from the rubble, it was Saphire's hand. . . . but it looked smaller and gruesome. He dug her out to find a twelve year old kid nearly passed out, her face had a more rounded chin and she had hazel eyes, her once cute ears were torn, suddenly in a flash of light her eyes to a light gray.

He watched curiously as this accrued than picked the weak fragile girl up. She immediately started coughing and squeaking and he smiled brushing soft pastel hair from her eyes. " It's alright Saph. . . . no one will hurt you again. . . ." She looked at him confused and he realized, this must be the draw back she had talked about when they first met. He had a flashback " Though I am quite strong. . . I do have a FEW drawbacks, sometimes they're good. . . . other times not so much.  " He came back to reality and looked to the girl in front of him in his arms. " Do. . . you remember me, or your name?" She shook her head and tried to speak, her voice straggled and she coughed again, this must be before she was Saphire. . . .This girls name must be Aure. . . ."
