Niall's POV

After Zayn decided to leave the band in the middle of our tour, Louis, Liam, Harry and I finished it until we have a break for a year or so. It was so hard touring without him and it felt odd. Imagine having him beside you for almost five years and then one day, he's gone. The rest of us got upset at him but at the end of the day, we have nothing to do with it.

We are on break now. The four of us got to get home to our hometowns and reunite with our families and friends, making you realize how much you missed them and how much you missed your normal life ... it is so calming.

But there is one thing I missed to witness ... my best friend's engagement! Yes, Thalia is engaged with her boyfriend now. Honestly, I'm happy for the both of them. I have not met Kevin in person-just twice on Skype-but he seems nice and that all that matters to me at the moment. I mean, as long as he is nice and treating my best friend right, he's all good to me. Yet I feel different about their relationship. I mean, it's strong and all but Kevin is Thalia's first boyfriend and I think they're still too young for tying the knot. I'm afraid that they will not workout though I must not worry about them at all because they are completely in love with each other and how happy Thalia is when she's with him.

February 2016 just kicked in and I'm in the middle of my island hopping in Asia.

I just arrived in Boracay, a famous beach somewhere in the Philippines. After spending a lot of time to get here, finally ... I'm here!

"Hi." I greet the lady at the front desk the moment I get here get here in this massive hotel to book a room for myself and for my company, Max, in this trip of mine. "Hotel room for two, please."

"A pleasant morning, sir." The lady greets me with a huge smile after she welcomed me. After she searched rooms, she instructed me what to do and where to go next as if I'm not familiar with this stuffs but I don't really mind. "Here's your room keys, sir."

"Thank you."

"Have a great day."

"Let's catch the sunset." I tell Max after we decided to go down and get ourselves something to eat at their Buffet Station.

"Great idea." He nods.

Both of us stand up from our seats, leaving our empty plates to go at the beach to catch the Philippines' sunset as if we could not see it from here.

I walk and stand near the shore as I let the fading waves to tickle my feet while Max takes a sit on the sand under a coconut tree.

I don't have a watch nor a phone with me so I'm not sure what time is it now. Max have his phone with him but I can't afford not to witness this beautiful scene that is about to happen. All I know right now is that the sky is turning red-orange and the sun is about to set.

The sky is getting darker and darker as the sun slowly drops. "Nice." I utter and I feel myself smiling in satisfaction.

The moment when the only part of the sun that I could see is its top, I look over at Max, telling him I'm going for a walk and my lazy-ass company nods as a response.

From a far, I saw a couple; and the girl looks very familiar. I mean, really familiar!

"Hey!" I call them out the both of them but it sure sounded like a question. Nevertheless, the couple looks at me immediately and I'm in complete awe!
