Niall's POV
With all these busy touring schedules of mine, I lost my communication with the most of the people from my once normal life.
My band mates and I may have some day offs but it's just enough for us to get some rest-sleep mainly. And right now, I just woke up from an eleven-our slumber.
I grab my phone from my bedside table the moment I opened my eyes. Time check, 8:07 a.m. of January 19.
It's Thalia's birthday. I say to myself.
I check the time in the Philippines and its 4:07 in the morning of January 20th. Seriously? Eight hour time difference?!
"Niall, open the door!" I hear Louis behind the closed door, he's knocking wildly.
"What do you want?!" I yell. "It's 8 a.m., I'm still sleepy!"
"Amy is here!"
"Why?" I ask curiously as I slam myself back onto the comfy bed of this hotel room. "I mean, what is she doing here?"
"Just open the fucking door!"
"Do I have to take a shower?"
"Do you even take showers?" Louis jokes.
"Yeah, whatever!"
* * * * *
I hurry myself to Liam's room after Louis texted me to meet all of them there.
"Where is she?" I ask everyone in the room while I'm searching for Amy. But there's no sign of her, just the four pairs of eyes.
I glance at Louis, who is chuckling under the mattress of the bed. And I get it! He is just messing up with me! I sigh in deep disappointment of Louis' actions. I understand that his intentions are good, I mean, he wants me to start seeing someone again and it's good to know that they're okay with Amy-who happens to be a great human being but I'm tired of them, bugging me all the time and pushing me to see someone again because I'm still not up for it. Not really.
"Who?" Zayn asks me curiously.
"Louis?!" I groan.
"Hey, what's happening here?" Harry asks from the corner of the room.
"Liam!" Louis calls out Liam. "Niall's looking for your great friend, Amy!"
"What? No!"
Liam gets out of the bathroom. "He's what?"
"I'm not actually looking for anyone." I tell Liam. "Louis' setting me up!"
"Oh, Amy?" Liam mentions Amy. "I could text her and you two could hang out together."
"I don't need it." I sigh.
"Yow, Niall, don't get mad." Louis pouts. "We're not setting you up for bad, we're doing this because we think it's time and just try not to put malice on it. She's our friend already, anyway."
"Friendly date." Harry utters.
Just to make these boys stop, I say yes.
Though I still don't think it's time for me to move on-if that's the thing they mean, Amy's not harmful anyway. I mean, she's very nice, clever and fun to be with. Friendly date, okay.
