Ruthless?

I made it to the forest line that was on the side of the pack house before I started peeling off and folding my clothes behind a large tree. Focusing my energy I started to feel my bones shifting and popping into their new position. I shook out my fur and stretched before I took off for a run. I could feel Alexa's excitement about finally being able to be set free and I was taking all the heightened senses letting her really take over. Stopping by a clear running stream I looked into my reflection taking in my wolfs beauty. My human form may be small my wolf was anything but that. Standing tall over most other she-wolves with the exception of ones with alpha blood as well as having a really fierce appearance. My coat is almost pure white with the exception of silver tipping starting at the top of my head including my ears down my back to my tail and I had electric piercing blue eyes which I've been told is not a very common color combination. Stop staring at ourselves and run! Alexa snapped as I internally rolled my eyes at her before we took off again. I was enjoying my time until I felt the pricking sensation of someone trying to get through the wall in my mind link. Letting it down I heard Coles panicked voice come through D??? Finally! What is it Cole I'm trying to enjoy a run. I replied. Oh umm...nothing you should probably check your phone and it wasn't me he quickly replied before putting up his own wall. That was strange I finally said to Alexa. I made my way back to my clothes shifting and then getting dressed before making my way to my room where my phone was to find 4 missed calls from Derek and roughly 30 texts asking where I was. When the hell did he start caring so much Alexa growled. I ignored her and pushed his contact and waited for him to pick up. "Daniella?!? Where have you been I've been trying to get a hold of you all morning!" Derek stated sounding panicked. "I've been busy. I got up early to train and then I let my wolf out to stretch her legs. Why what's wrong?" "Daniella...I know who your mate is and I want you to reject him and come home." My heart stopped and I felt like I couldn't breath what was he saying how could he say that? Then my mind switched to anger then to fury who the hell did he think he was he can't dictate and control my life! "Daniella?" I must have not talked longer than I thought it had been him saying my name brought me back to life "WHAT?" I snapped back at him and that when I heard the door open behind me. "Daniella did you hear what I said? I want you out of there within the hour!" he was almost screaming at this point. "Who the hell do you think you are Derek you have no right to tell me what to do about my mate or my life for that matter!" "I am your alpha! You will reject that ruthless asshole and come home now Gamma Conway or consider yourself a rouge!" My world felt like it was shattering at that point who was this man and what had he done with Derek? I felt like I was falling when I felt the arms of my mate catch me and cradle me to the ground stealing the phone in one swift movement. "I don't appreciate you threatening my mate Alpha Hayes..." he said in a low menacing tone. "I would advise you calm yourself before you continue to say things that you will regret." My world was still spinning as my vision became dark before I finally passed out.

The first thing I noticed was that I was surrounded by the amazing delicious smell of Anthony the next was how soft this floor became. Opening my eyes I realized I wasn't on the floor I was back in his bed and I then realized he was laying next to me leaning up against his headboard watching tv. "How are you feeling? You scared me" he said softly looking in my eyes gently moving my hair out of my face. "Better than I thought I would...how long was I out?" "Only a few minutes, but you didn't miss much. Also Derek won't be talking like that to you again...or ever actually" "what do you mean?" I said leaning up on my forearms. He smirked which turned into a devilish grin "let's just say I told him if he wanted to behave like that I'd show him how ruthless I can be" he said chuckling as he spoke. His statement kind of made me laugh I knew it was uncalled for for Derek to speak to me in that manner he had no right and who was he to tell me what to do? Alexa knew she was a Luna now and she would not be talked down to in that manner and she sure as hell wasn't going to be told she couldn't be with her mate. "If you're up to it I'd still like to follow through with my plans that I had for tonight?"he said with a tone of hopefulness. "Yeah I'd like that actually...well with one condition" I replied with a smirk. "Oh? And what's that Bella?" "I get to pick which car we take" I said proudly as he started laughing "I agree to your terms mia amore now I'll let you get ready, nothing too fancy, we leave in about a hour".
