Our Adventure Continues || Joel Pimentel

Chapter 30

We arrived at the restaurant and everyone was there, but I see two unfamiliar faces standing by Zabdiel and Erick. The waiter lead us to our table that was already set up. Joel pulled my chair out for me to sit and I thank him.

Once I sat down, I saw Richard holding Noelia's free hand since with the other she us carrying Aliyah. Are they thing now? Also I am wondering who those two girls are.

"YADI! LAISHA!" Noelia, Sol and Maria said when they finally saw them. Noelia gave Aliyah, they all speed walk to each other and hugged.

"Oh my Gosh! How you've been Laisha and yadi."

"Tired." The girl with glasses said.

"Happy." The other girl said.

"Oh, I would like you guys to meet our best friend, Zandra." Sol said. I got up from my seat and went to greet them.

"Hello I'm-"

"Zandra. We know. Oh, not that we're stalkers but we know because Sol will always talk about you." The girl with glasses said. "Anyways I'm Yadira, but everyone calls me Yadi." She said.

"Nice to meet you Yadi." I said shaking her hand.

"And I'm Laisha." The other girl said.

"Nice to meet you Laisha." I smiled also shaking her hand.

We then sat down and order off the menu. Once we told our order to the waiter, we all started talking. "Joel." I whispered loud enough for him to hear. The person next to me is Sol, so I didn't mind her listening if she does.

"Yes love?" He said.

"Do we have act like a uncouple around them. Those two girls I just met are hardcore fans of you guys." I said faintly.

"Oh fudge! I forgot. Yes best friend." He said. I giggle a bit of his reaction. Later on our food came in and boy I was hungry. While we were eating, Richard, who is front if me stood up.

"I have an announcement to make," he said loud enough for all of us to hear. They all stopped what they were doing except for me I continued eating. What I'm pregnant and hungry.

"Well first and most importantly congratulations on the engagement Chris and Maria. Secondly I'm happy that we are all here reunited together along with two new special guest. Thirdly congrats to Zandra and Matthew, who isn't here today, on the baby." I gave him a wink and smiled because he's got my back "And lastly Im just going to spill it." He then grabbed noelia's hand.

"Noelia and I are officially dating." Richard said with the biggest smile on his face. Everyone cheered with happiness.

"Damn! About time!" Maria said.

"For reals! I knew they had something hiding." Sol said.

"I agree with you Sol!" I said. I continued eating but then I realized my plate was empty.

"Want some of mine bae-- I mean best friend?" Joel said. I nod my head yes, I grabbed my fork and grabbed a piece of steak that he just cut. "Hey! That one was mine!" He pouted. I put it in my mouth and smiled.

"That was delicious." I said right after I chew it. I was now full, full enough that my baby is full, I think.

"Noelia, Zandra, come over here!" Maria said. I just noticed that its now girls on one side the the guys on the other. "So I just suggested you should get to know them better. Anyways how did you meet Erick Yadi?" Maria asked the girl with glasses.

"Well my tia was throwing a family reunion kind of. She invited a lot of her friends and one of her friends ended up being Erick's mom. Well obviously he came. I was alone at a table just on my phone and then he came towards my table and we started talking to each other. I bet his mom and my tia told him too since they were taking pictures of us. Anyways the song Addicted by Prince Royce started playing and we dance with each other." Addicted, that sing brings up some memories.

"Aw how romantic! And then what happened?" Sol asked.

"After we went out of the house and continue dancing the song outside, after it ended we kissed." She said happily.

"Aww! How about you Laisha?" Maria asked.

"Me? Well I was walking my neighbor's gigantic dog at the park and a squirrel ran in front of us so Max started chasing after it. Then max went towards Zabdiel which made me fall on top of him. I apologized so many times and he said that it was alright then he insisted to help me out with Max and the rest is history." She said with a smile.

"That seems like something that will come out the movie." Maria said laughing.

"Zandra how did you meet Joel?" Yadi asked.

"Um well my mom and his mom were friends since middle school, after I moved with my mom, we found out that he was my next door neighbor ever since we were in kindergarten we were unseparatable." I said.

"Now especially with the baby you're not." Maria said. Aw fuck. Sol then elbowed Maria so she realized her mistake.

"Wait Joel is the father of the baby?" Laisha asked.

"No! Its someone else, Joel is just going to support me with it." I hate lying.

"Yea! Matthew is a great guy I've meet him a couple of times, he'll be a great father." Sol said. I smiled and mouth an thank you at her.

"Are you guys together?" Yadi asked.

"No but we will work together with the baby. Along with Joel."

"Why Joel?"

"Because he's my best friend and he wants to help out like if it was his. He basically the padrino." I told her. The rest of the night we just talked about girl stuff. I was starting to feel sick. I got up and ran towards the bathroom. I didn't vomit or anything​ I was just nauseous I guess. I hate being pregnant.

It was now time for us to leave, Sol, Yoandri, and Joel are sleeping over at my house.

We all went to the rooms we are staying at. Joel and I are obviously in my room and Yoandri and Sol are taking the guest room. I climb in right after Joel did.

"How are my babies doing?" He said kissing my tummy. I yawned. "How was the girl talk?" He asked.

"It was okay. I hate lying." I said frustrated.

"I told you so." He said.

"I know you did but what other option is there?"

"You're right, anyways I'm tired." He said.

"Then sleep."

"Someone is in a bitchy mood today."

"Sorry," I then wrapped my arms around him and kissed his cheek. "I love you."

"I love you more."

"Joel don't leave." I said holding onto him tight. He's going to be leaving for a few weeks to I forgot where for interviews and such.

"Baby, I have to. I promise I'll face time you and text you every free time I'll have." Then he kissed my forehead. "Anyways we should get some rest." He turned off the light that was beside him and then we cuddled. I sighed but tried to forget the fact that I won't be with him as often anymore.

I should really be getting ready but I'm so lazy 😂
