·Narrators POV·
Josh wakes up the next day in the waiting room. He groans, stretching his body. He checks his watch. It's 9 in the afternoon. (ahahaa)
"Oh god!! I gotta go see Tyler!"
Josh runs to the desk he had gone to before.
"May I see Tyler Joseph now??? Is he okay??"
"Sir, calm down. Patient's name?"
"Tyler. Tyler Joseph."
"Okay. Room 157t."
After a short and quick 'thanks' Josh runs to Tyler's room.
Once he gets to the room, he stands putside of the door for a few moments, heart racing.
He loves you(I didn't even mean to type this..wtf was I thinking about??? Plz ignore that sentence)
Josh opens the door slowly, quietly stepping into the room.
"Hey Jishwa." a small hoarse voice came from behind Josh, startling him a bit. Josh turns around.
"Hey..I...I'm sorry..I didn't.. I didn't mean to.."
"Just...don't say anything..okay?"
"I'm sorry.."
"Josh."
"..."
A woman walked into the room.
"Ty, are you okay hun?"
"You can stop the act now. He knows, mom. Don't act all caring and loving."
"Get out." Josh said to the lady, voice cold.
Tyler had never heard this tone in Josh's voice before..it frightened him a bit.
"And who the hell are you to tell me what to do??" she replied.
"Get the FUCK out."
Josh took a step closer to her.
She backed up a bit.
"Tyler. If you come home, don't expect a good welcome."
Josh yelled this time, sounding darker.
"Get the hell out, and next time you decide you want to come in, think again."
She leaves.
Behind Josh, Tyler has fallen asleep. Josh remembers: the medicine.
He needed to talk to Ty.
He can wait.
Josh sits in the chair next to Tyler. He looks at Tyler's now pale skin and scratches. And stitches. He runs his hand down Tyler's arm, to his hand. He holds Tyler's hand looking at Tyler's almost lifeless looking body, yet he is still beautiful. Broken and beautiful.
"What did I do?" Josh cries and breaks down, blaming himself for what happened.
"What did i do.." Josh whispers this time, teers running down his cheeks.
"I know you probably can't hear me..but....I..I like you too. Tyler, I LOVE you. And I was just surprised that you loved me. I didn't know what to say...and I just sat there like an idiot...but..I love you. I love how I can laugh with you. And how real you are. I love how strong you are. I love how cute you are. Tyler, I fell for you. And I'll get it if you don't care about me anymore.."
Josh leaned down to Tyler and kissed him.
"No matter how much you fall, you never give up. I could only dream of having someone as amazing as you."
Then he sat back down and after half an hour, he fell asleep.
But Tyler was awake..
Tyler opens his eyes.
"I love you too Jishwa..never give up"
