Kate's POV
"When? Where? Why?" I asked, so confused.
"I-it was... 4 weeks ago..... In the c-costume closet.." Richelle sniffled, still looking at her hands. Noah rubbed her shoulders comfortingly, trying to figure out what to say.
"It'll be fine Ritchie. I promise, we'll figure out what to do." He said, calming her.
"Noah, I'm scared. W-will pregnancy be bad? What if we decide to keep the baby, and I l-lose it?" Richelle sobbed, turning her head to see Noah. I licked my lips, my eyes focussing on a certain A trouper.
"I know who you should talk to."Richelle's POV
I heard footsteps enter Kate's office, and whoever it was stood there for a second, staring at me. "Are you alright?" They asked, kneeling down in front of me so I could see them without lifting my head. "Tell me what's wrong Richelle." Riley said softly, waiting patiently for me to answer.
"I-I'm the one who's pregnant. And I'm nervous." I answered, sobbing. I'm a female, my biological purpose is to have babies, so why am I so scared?
"I understand." Riley told me.
"How could you?" I cried, making eye contact.
"Because I lost two babies." I froze at her sentence. Now I know why Kate had Riley talk to me. "The first I was 10 weeks along, and at the ultrasound the baby had no heartbeat. Then, almost 2 months later, I was pregnant again. But in September I lost my second baby." She told me. "Your life isn't over just because you're pregnant, and if you lose it, your life doesn't automatically end. I promise, you'll be fine. How far along are you?" She asked sweetly.
"4 weeks." I responded. Riley tucked a strand of hair behind my ear.
"You'll be fine Richelle, I promise." She smiled at me. I noticed a silver heart locket hanging around her neck, dangling in front of me.
"What's this?" I questioned, rubbing my thumb over it. Riley smiled again.
"James got me it, to remind me of my babies." She said softly.
"It's nice." I told her.
"Thanks." She replied. I heard footsteps, and looked up, seeing James.
"Is it okay if I steal Riley? Kate wants us to practice our duet." He said. I nodded.
"See ya." I called as they walked out to find an empty space to rehearse.Riley's POV
James pulled me into the music room, closing the door behind us. "James! We're supposed to be rehearsing!" I giggled, knowing what he really wanted to do.
"We can rehearse in a minute." He groaned, connecting our lips. I pulled away, rolling my eyes.
"Okay, but only a minute." I said, before he pulled me back in for a kiss. We kept kissing well beyond a minute, getting lost in the kiss. I wrapped my arms around James's neck as he moved down my jawline, before kissing down my neck. "Careful of the chain." I warned, and he nodded, making sure he didn't do anything to disrupt the locket around my neck. He moved back to my lips, and I felt his hands move under my shirt, against my bare skin. Then he grabbed the hem of my shirt, and slowly started to pull it off my body. I broke the kiss, moving away from him. "Not today." I told him firmly. He sighed, pretending to pout, but released my shirt from his grasp. "We should really rehearse now." I added, walking to turn the music on.
