AN: I hope this will be the final part but I am not sure.

We had been in the human kingdom for almost a month now. After a wonderful nighttime meal the prince and I had gone back to retrieve his entourage from the forest. When we returned to the city everyone was waiting to hear the story of our journey.

Now almost a month later, we had learned much of the city's history and the prince and I were getting a lot closer. We had learned the reason they had hidden themselves away. We had learned of the trials they had gone through and we learned of their lost princess.

The odd thing about this princess was that she was born on the exact same day as me in the exact same month and year. According to the queen she had the same brilliant (Y/E/C) eyes as me.

"(Y/N)! Can you come here for a second?"

"Yes sire."

I hurriedly went to his side. He smiled up at me from the chair he was sitting in. He gestured for me to sit with him.

"The queen and I have been talking and she says her enchantress has a spell that the queen would like to use on you. She has assured me that it will not hurt you. Would you be willing to go through with it?"

"Um, yes sire."

He stood and beckoned for me to follow. I stood and followed him out of the chamber and into the hall. We walked to the west tower of the castle and climbed the narrow spiral staircase to the top.

Equius knocked on the door and it swung inwards slowly with a quiet creak. It was warm inside the circular room and a slight breeze came from the barred window across from the door. The walls were lined with bookshelves that were full of books, dried herbs, and jars of stuff that I wasn't sure I wanted to know the contents of. In front of the window was a huge oaken table that was laden with about a dozen books, a large amount of the jars and herbs, and right in the middle a large, black cauldron that stood on three little feet.

A figure dressed in all black stood in front of the table flipping through a book with one hand and storing whatever the cauldron held with the other.

"Good afternoon, Prince Equius and (Y/N)," the figure said without turning around.

"A pleasure to see you again, Morgana," the prince replied.

"The pleasure is mine," the woman said as she turned to face us.

She was horribly beautiful. She had long, wavy, dark-brown hair. Her eyes were a dark emerald color and they seemed to shine in the light. She was clad in a black dress and cloak that covered her head. Her wrists were adorned with bracelets and a long chain with a dragon claw hung around her neck.

She smiled at us from her place across the room, "Please, come."

She beckoned for us to join her at her table. We walked across the room and stood on either side of her.

"I have come across a spell that I would like to try on you, (Y/N). If you are willing."

"Of course. It won't hurt will it?"

She smiled, "I don't think so."

She directed me to lie down on a table in the middle of the room and collected a tray from her table.

"I am going to do something akin to acupuncture. The needles will hit points on your body just like in acupuncture, but they will provide feedback to me. Now relax and close your eyes."

I did as she asked and relaxed.

To be continued...

AN: I have decided to make this a full book so that will be coming out soon. Check it out. It will be called Reunion. These chapters will stay in this book though. In the meantime please enjoy this part of chapter three.
