Tiny Tony pressed his cheeks against the frost-encased window, staring with huge eyes of wonder, grasping in all the powdery white snow that covered everything in site. The glow of the christmas lights contrasted deeply against the cold white of the winter wonderland. The Blues, reds, greens, and yellows.
But Tony couldn't see the different colours, only the weird ominous glow of the lights. For he was colour blind and can only see black, white, and gray. But this did not stop him from being happy this christmas eve day. He jumped off the sofa and ran upstairs to put on his boots and coat, because today was a very special day, the day he will finally get to see what colours look like. A true christmas miracle.
His father had been saving up money for the special glasses since Tony was 10. He is 14 now and is more than excited to go out and see the world whole a different way...(To be continued...maybe? Coment down if i should turn this into a book or a short story series?)
