Scenerio - 9

     Miller coughed and wheezed and the smoke from the blast began to deteriorate. The grenade hadn't gotten any of his crew and he hadn't heard anything other than the screaming of calls and gunfire all around him.
     He layed down on his gut against the cold mud and began to crawl towards one of the sandbag barriers.
     The trench he'd been in hasn't been attacked much yet because of far it is from the main fight near no man's land, but he knew for certain that as soon as he raised his head, the motars would surely make this trench his resting place.
     He crawled into one of the ammunition rooms, and scavenged the nearly empty crates that layed about. He found some detonatable charges and a couple flares, both which should be handy soon.
     His search was interupted by a soft grumble that slowly grew louder and louder into a roar.
" zeroes..."

He slowly crept out of the small enclosure and peaked into the sky. Nearly fifty zeroes in a triangle formation covered the sky.

     The swift and small fighter planes began swooping down and taking all his men down one by one, obliterated by the deadly turrents that rest within the planes.

He ducked back into the trench and tried to wait for one of the planes to sweep close enough to his vacinity.

After several seconds of patiently standing, he managed to stick a charge onto one if the zeroes and detonated it as soon as it got into a safe distance away.
"That zero just got zeroed..."

     He heard a voice coming from another enclosure somewhere in the trench. He crawled through the paths until he finally found the room.
The com. room, he had been hearing the abandoned radio that still had feed to Luetenant Brooke.
     He picked up the radio piece and began telling the Luetenant.....

~Hey guyss, sorry for the cliffhanger, but like, I kind of ran out of ideas. But hey, I'm extremy into the World Wars so I'd love to make a story about a soldier out on the field. Of course, It'd take some research cos I don't wanna be historically inaccurate. But yeee, thanks fer readin ^×^ ~
