It's been a whole week since I spoke or seen Damen, it gave me time to think about what Damen was saying the day we went shopping for our baby and I understand where he was coming from. When he said "My house is big enough for the both of you." I just don't think I'm ready to move in with him yet, Damen has been calling, face timing, and texting me since that day, but I'm not ready to forgive him just yet. It's been hard not talking to him or seeing him because I do miss him, I know he wants to see me because Skylar and Jaylon told me.

I'm sitting here at home binge watching Charmed while eating cookie dough ice cream, season 4 episode 16 just started when there's a knock at the door. I sit my ice cream on the coffee table and went to open the door without looking in the peep hole. I open the door and there he stands, Damen with a dozen purple roses, a big teddy bear, and a I'm sorry card.

"I know you don't want to talk to me or see me, but I couldn't help myself, I needed to see you and Skylar told me that you were at home all day." Damen said handing me the roses, I ushered him to come in so we could talk. He comes in and sits the big teddy bear down on the far end of the couch, I sat next to the bear and Damen sat next to me.

I sit the roses on the coffee table, I paused my marathon before I hear Damen out. He sits back and let's out a deep breath "Ava can you please forgive me, I know I was ruining one of the best days of your life when I started acting like an ass while we were shopping for our daughter. I know I should've left you alone and waited to bring that conversation up at another time. I know I was being a dick when you didn't answer me trying to keep your composure, but yet I kept pressing the issue. I know now that I can't and shouldn't pressure you into anything, and I can't tell you what to do." He says playing with the card in his hand.

"When did you talk to Skylar?" I asked fidgeting with my fingers.

"All week, she has been with Jaylon and I talked to Jaylon she was telling me to give you time, because she said that your stubborn as a mule so it may take a minute and that you'll come around. But when the space turned into 3 days, I started to panic and think you didn't want to see me or be with me anymore and that I would have to see my daughter on weekends. So all week I asked Skylar to keep me updated on how you were doing and today when she told me that you've been at home all day. That's why I showed up today." He says looking at me still playing with the card.

"So what does the card say?" I asked watching him play with that card ever since he stepped in the door. He hands me the card.

"It's lonely in the dog house..., I'm sorry.... for the way I acted. You don't deserve to be treated the way I treated you. Please forgive me. You are the only one for me and I will love you always, Love Damen." I say reading the card out loud, it was so cute that I started to cry and I felt my little girl move.

I sat the card on the coffee table and Damen scooted closer to me, he lifted my chin so I was looking at him "Ava I'm sorry can you please forgive me?" He says wiping my tears with his thumbs, I nod my head still crying. Damen still wipes my tears and then kisses me passionately, I could tell he really missed me, and I missed him too.

"She moved again." He says excitedly.

Damen and I lay in bed talking about how we can't wait to see what she looks like, who's features will she have most. "Have you thought about any names since we find out." Damen ask looking down at me.

"I just thought of some today and I wanna know how you feel about them." I say looking up at him.

"Okay what are they." He says smiling at me.

"I thought about Karlie, Amiya, and Makayla." I say biting my lip looking at Damen.

"I like them all but I really like Karlie." He said excitedly.

"I do too." I say. "Let's talk middle names shall we." He says looking at me, I looked at him and smiled. "What are you thinking about?" Damen says smiling at me, "I was thinking we could use both of our mom's names." I say feeling my eyes get heavier. "I love it." He says laying down with me. "What's your mom's name?" I ask , so we can have our daughters name figured out. "Lucinda." "Okay let's see here, our daughter's name will be Karlie Lucinda-Sabrina Mason." I say trying to stay awake, "What do you think?" I ask Damen yawning. " I love it, now go to sleep." He says kissing my forehead.
