Chapter 13

I woke up to the sun shinning brightly through my bed room window, I rolled over to where Damen laid last night, but it was empty no Damen, but there was a note from Damen.

"Ava, I got a call from my assistant saying something was wrong with the merger, so I had to leave. It shouldn't take me long, but I made you breakfast it's in the microwave. I wish I could've stayed with you, but duty calls. When the meeting is over I promise I will take you out and I'm yours the whole day with no interruptions, we can do whatever you want, but I will call you later gorgeous.

Damen"

Once I read the letter a big smile came across my face, I folded the paper and placed it in my night stand. I sat up and decided to talk to my baby "Hi baby how is going in there, I know you had a good dinner yesterday. Daddy bought you and I some taco bell, daddy had 2 tacos and a Mexican pizza and I had a crunch wrap and 3 soft tacos. Your daddy loves you very much and we both can't wait to meet you. I hope your a girl, and I have a feeling that you are, but your daddy wants you to be a boy. Just know I love you whether you are a boy or a girl you will be mommy's baby."

Since it was only 10 in the morning I decided to play some music and clean up. I plugged my phone into my ihome speaker, I needed to eat before doing anything. I had to make sure my baby was good first, I ate my breakfast that Damen made for me. My music was playing loudly in my apartment when I decided to find something to wear for my date with Damen. I pulled a pair of Rock & Revival jeans that was a khaki color, a white tank top, a white lace V-neck blouse, and my white ugg boots with the diamond at the end of the bows.

Once I had my outfit picked out I hopped in the shower and was in and out. I got out put on white lace bra and matching panties, then got dressed. I started to clean up when my phone started ringing and looking at the caller ID I see Damen's name and I instantly smiled.

"How you doing gorgeous?" He said sounding sexy.

"Hi how did your meeting go?" I asked still cleaning off the counter.

"Superman a.k.a me fixed it, so did you get my note?"

"I did ."

"So beautiful what are we doing today?"

"Right now I only have one idea in mind, but the rest will come." I say getting my purse together.

"Okay I can get you now and we can figure it out together." He said

"Yea that's fine just call me when your here."

"Okay, I'm here." He said laughing.

I walked out of my apartment building to be greeted by a smirking Damen holding his passenger door open. " Your chariot awaits my lady." He says smiling ushering me to get in the car. I got in gently, he closes the door and runs over to the driver's seat, gets in and starts the engine "And off we go." he says pulling out the parking lot.

"Would did you decide to do first?" He asked while grabbing my hand with his right and the other hand on the steering wheel.

"Movies" I say intertwining our fingers.

"Okay that's fine with me but do you mind if we stop by my house, so I can shower real quick and change?" He asked with a uncertainty in his voice.

"Yea that's fine" I say

We were driving for about 15 minutes then we turned the corner on to this really nice and quiet street, the houses on this street was very beautiful they took my breath away. Me being amazed with the nice houses I didn't even realize the big house in front of me. A few months ago when I snuck out the house, I didn't know that this was Damen's house. "Damen this is your house, it's very beautiful." I say getting out of the car before Damen could reach my door.

"Thank you, I just moved here this past summer." He says taking my hand walking to his front door.

"Wait you just bought this house this year?" I say stopping us in our tracks

"Yes my apartment was a little cramped and I couldn't get any work done there, so I decided to buy me a house to have an office where I can think and get work done if I didn't want to go into the office." He said pulling me through the front door. I nodded and walked with him to his room, I admired how it was decorated and the floors and chandeliers were stunning. He get into his room and memories started flowing back like it was yesterday.

I grinned remembering the night that changed my life, "Penny for your thoughts" Damen said walking towards his closet. I started to blush a little feeling a bit embarrassed, "um I was just...." I trailed off.

"When I had you pinned against the wall, and when you ripped my shirt clean off my body." He says almost finishing my sentence, I smiled while blushing "Shouldn't you be getting your shower." I say trying to change the subject, because the sexual tension between us was getting very high. He smirked and head towards the bathroom before saying "That night was perfect and I wouldn't change a thing."

I smiled from ear to ear, because now I know that I am really falling for Damen. I heard the shower running. I decided to go lay down and watch some TV until Damen was ready to go. I was surfing through the channels when I seen ABC family's 25 days of Christmas playing A Christmas Cupid, as I was watching A Christmas Cupid and wasn't even half way through the movie when I closed my eyes.

Damen's  POV

I got of the shower and wrapped my waist with a towel, I opened the bathroom door to my bed room when I seen Ava knocked out on my bed cuddling a pillow. I didn't want to wake her just yet, so I went to put clothes on before waking her up.

I just finished putting on my shoes when I looked up at Ava sleeping on the bed, I smiled 'The baby must really make her tired.' I thought to myself, but I was in such a daze I didn't realize she was staring at me until "you know you really shouldn't stare a sleeping pregnant woman." She says smiling still cuddling the pillow.

"Hey sleepy head are you ready to see a movie and enjoy our day?" I asked sitting next to her on the bed. She sits up looking at me with puppy dog eyes "Can't we just stay in and order food and we can watch ABC family's 25 days of Christmas that just started today?" She asked with pleading eyes, but before I can respond. "I just got so comfortable and I love Christmas movies and just staying here with you is fine with me." She said still looking at me waiting on my answer.

"Yes we can order in, and watch Christmas movies." I say about to get up, when she grabs me and kisses me screaming "thank you, thank you."  I kiss her back and we both pull away "so what are you craving for cutie?" I asked getting food menus from my night stand.

"I don't know, I kind of want take out from a restaurant." She says fidgeting with her fingers.

"Okay what restaurant and I can go pick it up." I say getting up off the bed.

"No I want you to stay, and I want a bacon cheeseburger and fries and a strawberry milkshake, please." She says pulling me back down.

"Okay I'll call it in and have my driver pick it up."

We watched A Christmas Cupid, and a little bit of the Santa Clause when there's a knock at the door. I open the door to my driver with Ava and I's food I thank him and closes the door and headed upstairs. I walked into my bedroom with the food. I barely made all the way into the door before Ava almost tackled me down. "Your welcome." I say laughing.

We finished eating and our trash was thrown away, Ava and I was cuddling watching Snowglobe when I heard a knock at the door. I opened the door and there stands my beat up 18 year old brother.
