Extra For Early Christmas Gift
Slenderman's POV:
"You fool. You almost led her to here! Do you know how bad that would've been? If you two weren't running in front of me, I would've never known that she was running after you which was leading her here! She could've been killed since all of my killers despise her!" I scolded in frustration. My long bony hands reached up to my head to rub away the large migraine. That girl drained most of my energy. I'm still surprised she was able to hold that long. Well she is a demon's daughter so basically that of course wouldn't affect her like the others. It's natural. Jeff scoffed in boredom. He still doesn't understand what we have to go through. Cynthia Woods must not enter this mansion until she's at least eighteen. It's a common rule for all demon children. "You do realize my sister will soon live in this mansion and everyone will have to deal with it whether they like it or not? And it's not like she's bothering anyone. Hell, she doesn't even know them!" That's a true point however they only hate her because she takes up Jeff's time. More attention on her, less kills. More focus on murder, more kills. It's how it works in the Slender mansion. So him being focused so much on Cynthia is ticking everyone off.
"Just... Just forget about Cynthia for a while. She'll be okay by herself." I said calmly, finally putting my hands down. My migraine is gone, at last. Jeff sighed and got up from the chair in front of my desk. He didn't say anything as he left my office, closing the wooden door behind him. I needed to know what Jeff is thinking about this so I entered his mind. 'I miss you Cynthia' and 'You'll see me soon' were the first things that ran through his thick skull. Memories of when they were younger ran through his head with another boy. His brother, Liu, was in most of them. They loved each other so much. It's nothing like my relationship with my three brothers. We have a strict and business-like relationship. Well with most of them anyway; Offender is just foolish. More memories passed through Jeff's mind, some even involving his parents. How sweet. I stopped reading his mind and leaned back in my chair. My gaze went out to the large window to my left and I simply just began thinking of everyone. Their skills, their nature in attitude, everything. And just as I was ready to zone out, my wooden door slammed open. Masky and Hoodie walked in, their masks covering their faces. "We have a problem." Masky explained, "Cynthia is in the forest. She's not close to the mansion but she could be looking for it. What do we do?" She's as stubborn as Jeff. I got out of my chair and straightened my suit. "I'll deal with it." I mumbled, teleporting into the forest. She really is stubborn...
Jeff's POV:
I walked down the stairs and head to the living room where Ben was playing a random game. I simply sat beside him as I watched. "So did you get in trouble?" He asked. I shook my head no. I just got scolded. Nothing too terrifying. "It was about your annoying sister, Cynthia, right?" A growl left my mouth and my hands gripped onto his neck. "You call her anything else, I won't hesitate to drown you in the same pool like your dad did." I growled with a smile on my face... Like an actual smile besides my cut one. Ben chocked an 'okay' after I mentioned old memories. I released my grip from his neck and stood up. Slender was right, they do hate her. I couldn't stay here knowing what Boss said wasn't BS. I wanted to take a walk to clear my mind. "Jeff, can you please just forget about her for at least a week? Your kills are dropping severely in this large town and people are thinking you began leaving them alone!" Ben said, his glare straight at my back. "I don't give two dying f**ks. I can do what I want whether your pathetic ass agrees to my actions or not." I said. He didn't say anything as I walked out the mansion and into a random direction. I know this forest like the back of my hand thanks to the Boss.
I lost all focus on where I was going so when I began hearing people talking, it brought me back to reality. I followed the voices to a small clearing. I stayed in the shadows, so I don't get caught. Cynthia was there and surprisingly one strict looking Slenderman. "You gave me the message to stay away. Why?" She asked, putting her hands behind her back. Oh no. She has a gun back there! Boss nodded his head and began growing his tendrils very slowly. They are both going to die. "I am the guardian of this forest. It belongs to me, Cynthia." Her eyes widened at the sounds of her name but she quickly changed her shocked expression to a blank face. "Look, all I wanted was to take a walk and suddenly I am being stalked by two people with masks on. Once I spot them, they disappear." Slender analyzed her to see if she was lying. When he came empty handed, he instantly began blending his tendrils back. Cynthia, however, still kept her hand on her gun. Boss notice her hand behind her back and knew she had a weapon. He teleported behind her, snatched her gun and teleported back to where he was standing.
Realizing what he did, Cynthia growled. Surprised she can actually growl! "Would you do me the wonderful honor of giving me back my gun?" She asked so bittersweetly. Boss shook his head. "I trusted you when you said you were taking a walk, you should trust me when I now say I won't hurt you. Nice gun by the way. Isn't it a bit heavy though?" Her hands gripped her elbows. "No. I got used to it." She said through gritted teeth. Slender simply looked amused with his blank face. He pointed to my direction and asked her, "Would you like to continue your walk with me? We have... important matters to discuss." She knew she had no option. He had her only favorite weapon and she wants it back. "Fine." She mumbled and lifted her palm. "Gun first though." Slender simply stared at her. She gave a grin. "Come on. I thought you trust me and you did say you are true to your words earlier." I simply leaned on the closest tree and smiled. She has him there. He looked down on the gun, then at her. He hesitantly put the gun in her palm. She snatched it, gave it a kiss, and put it under her black shirt. Cynthia looked at my direction and stood still. I confused, stared at her until I realized: I was in the light. "S**t, Cynthia before you do anything, let me explain. No, don't reach for the gun. Cynthia, Cynthia, be rational about this. Slender, help!" Her gun was aimed at me when Slender snatched the gun. "Now it wouldn't be fair if you shoot one of my best killers. Besides, you have two of them already. I'll be holding onto your gun for a while." Cynthia gave a bewildered look. Oh yeah, we didn't tell her about the whole story. "He works for you....? He.... works for you. Of course, I should've known. You are all liars. I knew something was suspicious ever since I heard the conversation. EJ, Boss, Ben, Jeff. I can't believe we invited killers to our home!!" She began laughing and crying as if this is a funny and sad thing.
Without warning, she began running away. Probably back home. I wanted to follow her. I had to. What if she tells the agents? Would they believe her? Would Liu believe her? As I began walking, one of Boss's tendrils wrapped around my wrist. He pulled me back and somehow, I felt like he was glaring art me. "What were you doing here in the first place, Jeff? You know what? Don't tell me. We're going back home now." The stern choice off his made me cringe. He teleported us back home before disappearing. Great. What do I do now? And what important business did Boss wanted to talk about? I'll find out soon...
