Chapter 3

  Mike's pov

"Hey Mike, over here." Bonnie shout. He was sitting with my other friends ( Freddy , Bonnie , Chica and Golden) "Oh what's up guys." I replied as I walked towards them. "So you decided?" Bonnie asked. "Decided on what?" I questioned him. "On joining our racing team." Bonnie replied with an annoyed expression. Oh yeah I forgot , before school started Bonnie and the others had made a racing team and asked if I wanted to join. "Ok I'll join you guys, but I'll only race with you guys nothing else. That's all I know how to do. Besides I'm not all that fast." "It's ok, besides the more the better." Bonnie replied. "OH MY GOD IT'S THEM. THE TOYS."People started shouting as a group of people walked through the canteen doors. There where 4 of them(2 dudes and 2 girls), one of the dudes was slightly shorter than me had long light blue hair wore a t-shirt , black pants and had a guitar slung around his back while the other one had short brown hair wore a white t-shirt with a brown jacket and leather pants. On the other hand, one of the girls was pretty short (shortest in the group) she had short yellow hair and wore a white and yellow shirt which says "Let's Party" and a pair of dark shorts while the other girl is OMG Is that who I think it is , it was Maggie. "Who are they?" I asked my friends. "Oh you don't know , well to put it simply they are known as The Toys. They've became quite popular recently because of how well they drive. The guy with blue hair is known as Bonbon, he is the slowest in the group but has some skills. The two girls over there, the one with yellow hair is known as Chi while the one with white hair is Maggie. The two of them drives one car , one of them examines the course and gives instructions to the other one who is driving." Chica said. "Then who drives and who examines the course?" I asked Chica. "That I'm not too sure. And lastly we have Fred who is the fastest and the cockiest in the group." Man, they must be fast.

"Well see you guys later." I said as I started walking to class. Once I entered the class, I saw Maggie reading a book. "Hi Maggie." I greeted her. "Oh hi Mike." She replied. "So you're a racer?" I asked her. "Well sort of, I just enjoy driving. Its fun." She replied smiling. "I agree, driving is fun. But I have heard that you and someone called Chi drive one car, so who is the one driving?" I asked. "Oh, how did you know?" She asked with a shocked expression. "Well one of my friends told me and that fact that you and your friends are quite popular." I replied with a smirk. "you've got a point, well usually I'm the drive but chi also drives just not as much." She said. "By the way how did you guys became so popular?" I asked again. "Well... Me and my friends defeated some racers at Mount.Akagi and apparently they were also quite popular." She said. "Ohhh that's why. Just curious, how did you get interested in street racing?" I asked her. "Oh my brother was also a street racer, he would take me to different places to see people race and would teach me a few tricks on racing. He was my idol and I always admire the way he drive, especially his drifts!" She exclaimed. "Man your brother's gotta be fast." Just as I said that our teacher walked into the class and everyone walked to their seats. "By the way Maggie." I asked nervously. "Yes Mike?" She replied curiously. "Do you want to ...um ... be friends with me?" I stuttered. "Sure Mike. I would love to." She replied smiling. "Thanks." I replied smiling back at her.
