Imagine this. You are about to go into an elevator. Then, the murderer comes in the elevator with you. He then presses the button to the next floor. You press the button to the floor after the next one. When you reach the murderer's floor, he gets out. But, as the door closes, he says, "I will kill you on the next floor." Right before the door closes, you see him take out his machete. He then takes the stairs to your floor. The worst part about this isn't death itself but experiencing the horror and disbelief knowing you are going to die on the next floor.
