The skanky nurse comes back in to check on me. She checks my heart, blood pressure, and left arm. When all seems to be okay, she tells me that I’m free to go home, “or whatever I don’t really care.” She rudely adds. Can’t she just be nice for once?

I slowly stand up, without help from the nurse, I might add. To my surprise, there isn’t much pain when I get to my feet. I grab my clothes from yesterday and head to the bathroom to change. It’s small, so I run into the toilet a couple times, and hear the nurse laugh to herself.

I walk out of the bathroom and grab my purse and everything I came here with and leave the nurse to herself in the empty room. I pass by a blabbing Ashton on the phone and tell him that I’m leaving.

“The boys would rather go to your house than the party.” He simply stated.

“Oh, okay I guess you guys could come over around 5 then.” I begin to walk to my dad who is sitting on a chair in the waiting room. Has he been here the entire time? It’s been like three hours.

“Did they release you?” He asks sleepily.

“Yeah, I can go home now.” He stands up to walk with Ashton and I.

We are leaving when a black van pulls up and the door swings wide open. Luke, Michael, and Calum are all sitting in the back and Ashton hops in next to who I guess is Calum.

“Byee Madi! See ya later!” Ashton yells loud enough for the entire parking lot. He can be the loudest man on the earth one minute, and the next be quieter than a mouse.

“Bye guys!” I happily say to the group of band members, and Luke’s cheeks flush before the door is pulled shut.

“What did he mean ‘see ya later?” My dad begins to interrogate me.

“I invited them over.” I say and shrug my shoulders. I purposely leave out the part about the party because my dad never knew about it, and I don’t really plan on him finding out.

We reach the car and I open the door to get in. “Why did you invite them over when you never asked for my permission?”

“What?” I just look at him, emotionless.

“Why didn’t you ask…” He begins.

“Because I never have to ask, you haven’t cared before, so why does it matter?”

“I did care before; you just never told me people were coming over until they were at the front door. It always happens so that’s why I never get the chance to ask about it.”

“I didn’t think you wanted to know or get involved with my plans.” I begin to start getting mad at him for never telling me this. He’s basically saying that I walk all over him, and I don’t.

“Madi, you can have people over, I just wanted to know they were coming over.” He sighs in defeat.

The rest of the car ride is pretty silent with the occasional comment about the weather.

We arrive home and I immediately walk inside, and my phone begins to go off. Luke’s name flashes across the screen as I immediately answer it.

“Hey!” I say cheerily into the phone.

“Hey Madi, did Ashton tell you that we all were coming to your party tonight?”

“What party? I just invited you guys over..?”

“Ashton said that a lot of other people are coming, it’s all over twitter.” I quickly remove the phone from my ear to check twitter, and as soon as twitter pops up, I’m getting notifications like crazy. People are messaging me, tweeting me, and trying to get ahold of me. I don’t even recognize half the usernames. Oh god, my dad is going to freak out when all these people show up. He got mad with just knowing four were coming over.

“Oh my god, Luke you need to tell people that I’m not having a party! My dad is going to be home and..”

“I can’t tell them, they’re not going to believe me, you need to.”

I sigh as I begin to type my apology to my new 200 followers, thanks to Luke and this party. “I am not having a party tonight, sorry to anyone that was planning on coming.” It reads. I feel guilty telling people this but I don’t know how most of those people even knew about me.

“Luke I tweeted it, will you please say something too so that everyone will know?” I quietly beg.

“Yea I can do that.”

My phone buzzes with tons of disappointed tweets and texts from people I haven’t talked to since the 6th grade.

It’s around 4:30 when I start to get ready for Ashton, Luke, Michael, Calum, Laila, and Grace to come over. I don’t want to be the only girl and have it be awkward, so I invited Laila and Grace. I just hope Laila comes alone, when Nash goes somewhere he usually brings friends, and by friends I mean at least twenty people.

I go into my closet to decide on what to wear. I shouldn’t look fancy, so dresses or skirts are out. I decide on my white lace romper. I put on a couple simple bracelets, and begin to curl my hair.

When I finished curling my hair I started to do my makeup. I didn’t want a lot for fear of looking like a slut or something, so I just put on a thin line of eyeliner, and mascara. I finished before five, and decided to go onto tumblr while I wait for everyone to arrive.

The doorbell rings ten minutes before five, and I jump from my bed to skip to the door. I’m actually pretty nervous to see the boys again. I know I saw Ashton a couple hours ago but I haven’t seen the rest of them for at least a day.

I open the door and my mouth falls open to Laila, Nash, and about ten people standing behind them. Great.
