Logan's POV

As her panic attack slows to a stop, all I can think is 'she has them too?'  I had panic attacks before but I've learnt to in a way control them. I still have them but I've cut out my emotions so then they don't get the best of me. And it's been so long since I've had an actual panic attack that I just blanked out. I forgot how to handle them and how painful and scary they are.

"Your ok now?" I guess. She nods and I try to get her up but she shakes her head, and I furrow my brows questionably.

"I feel dizzy."

I nod my head and insist, "Take it easy, slow now." She nods and slowly sits up. Once she's in a sitting position she stands slowly on shaky legs and I help her gain her balance.

"Thank you Logan." Her voice is shaky and rough.

"Your ok?" I affirm. She nods and I turn us to the truck then once in she buckles herself in while I start the engine. I turn to her and ask the question, "So? Where to?" I sure hope she doesn't want to leave me again. I want more answers and quite frankly, I enjoy her company and the knowing that I have family and someone who cares for me.

She looks to the red truck-'I should ask her about that'-then back at me. She nods, smiles, and turns her head to the north again, saying those words I wanted to hear, "Take me to Professor Xavier."

I smirk and look to the road, "Good, cuz either way you were coming with me to see him." She laughs and it's like music to my ears but then I'm taken back by so many emotions and memories. Memories I don't even remember but it looks like us.

I gasp as a memory passes my eyes.

We looked so young, so care free, so-dare I say it-cute. "Come on Sappy! Hurry!" A boy, around nine, yells to a girl behind him catching her breathe and running towards the kid.

"I'm coming, I'm coming!" She yells and catches up to the boy, "Man Logan, you run fast."

The boy, er I guess me, smirks and slowly inches towards her, "Ya I know I am. But I'm faster at this!"

I tackle her and she squeals, and wriggles trying to get out of my grip on her sides. Quickly my tiny hands go to her armpits and sides, tickling her and making her laugh.

"Logan stop! Hahaha-no please-hahaha please stop!" She pleads and half laughs.

My tiny mouth pulls into a smile as I nod my head in a no, "Nope, not until you tell me that I'm the bestest brother in the world and that I'm your best friend"

Sapphire, in a giggling fit, rushes the words out, "Fine! Fine! Your my best friend and the bestest brother ever!"

I get off her quickly and kiss her forehead, "I know."

She cuddles to me and whispers, "Love you big bro."

I smile and look at her, "I love you too sis. And don't you ever forget that I'm the bestest brother in the world."

She laughs, "I won't." Her voice was low and she hugged me and I returned the gesture.

After we watch the sun disappear under the trees and earth I hear her whisper so softly it barely reached my ear, "I could never."

I remember. Oh. My. God! I remember!

I swerve the truck to the side of the road and park it so fast I think I got whiplash.

"Oh my god Logan! What the hell?! Are you trying to kill us?!" Sapphire yells turning to me with an angered expression.

I grab both her shoulders and shake her, with an excited voice I tell her the news, "I remember!"

"What?" She asks confused.

"When we were little I tickled you and you wanted me to stop but I said no unless-" Sapphire's voice interrupts mine, "Unless I said you were the bestest brother in the world." She looked down and a tear fell onto her lap, "And that you were my best friend."

She smiles through the tears and hugged me, sobbing into my shoulder. I blink back tears of my own when I realize what this means and not to mention all these emotions I'm getting from that memory.

"I can't believe I remember. But how?" I ask her questionably.

"Well, when did you start to remember?" She looks determined and concentrated.

I think back to a few minutes ago and replay what had happened before the memory.

Realization smacked me across the face, "Your laugh! Your laugh made me remember!"

I laugh again and hug her, now so very thankful that she stalked me in the first place.

"I-I did that?" disbelief threaded her voice.

I nod, "Thank you."

She tenses and for a second I fear that she's not ok, then I hear a sniff.

I turn her towards me, and her head is down so with my finger I lift her head so she can look me in the eyes, "What's wrong?"

She blinks back more tears and looks back at her hands on her lap, "I just can't believe that I could do something so..." Her voice trails off and it seems like she doesn't want to talk about it so I drop, it for now.

"Believe it kid," now the name makes me cringe, "cuz' you just did it. You!"

She smiles through the tears and we are on the road again.

After about ten minutes I hear light snoring and I glance to my right to see Sapphire asleep. I side smile and keep my eyes on the road. By now we are around half an hour away from the town Professor X teaches.

Once we get to the town I travel out to the country where the school for gifted youngsters is.  When we get there, the kids all seem to recognize my truck and come running to greet me and the stranger.

"Hey Logan! How was the trip?" Roug asks once I shut off the truck and exit.

"It was a fail," she frowns and looks at me with sad eyes, "but I found someone else who is special." I say getting to the passenger side to show Roug Sapphire.

"Who is she? What's her powers like?!" She asks excitedly.

I take a deep breath and gather my thoughts, how do I tell her this is my sister who has been watching me for two years?

"Well she's-" I start but as I'm about to say 'my sister' Professor Xavior comes and saves the day.

"She's just a very special girl with a heavy load."

I nod my head to greet the man that took me in.

"Logan, can you wake her up and bring her to my office? I have a few things I'd like to talk to both of you for a minute." He turns on his wheel and leaves to give me a minute to wake up Sapphire.

"See you later Logan!" Roug yells now hand in hand with her boyfriend and walking away.

I gently shake Sapphire awake and tell her where we are.

"Why does he want to see me? I'm not that special." Sapphire asks.

"Don't know, he's a real mystery he is." I tell her.

We get to the gates and after a few feet inside I realize she isn't walking with me. I turn to see her staring at the sign, 'Professor X's School for the Gifted Youngsters.'

"Come on kid." I still cringe at the name but hey, I've got a reputation to keep up here.

"Sorry." She rushes to catch up to me.

And soon we are at the doors of the amazing Professor Axavior.
