Hera's POV

It had been a week. One week since Ezra had been shot. Sabine didn't paint anymore, Achen wasn't up to his tricks. Zander focused on missions and nothing else, Evie sat in the cot-pit for aimless hours and Zoe didn't talk much, she just sat on her bed in a little protective ball. It was awful. I was in the cot-pit flying Kanan and Stella got Evie to leave to eat. Lucas walked in and sat in the co-pilot seat.

"Mom, Zoe locked the door." He told me.

"I'll over ride the system." I sighed in sadness.

"Mom we can't stay like this." He said knowingly.

"I know. But, I fear that if Ezra doesn't wake up we may never get the old crew back." I explained. He closed his eyes and sat back in his seat. I looked at the stars and pinched my eyes closed.

"He will wake up." Lucas reassured. I opened my eyes and smiled at him.

"He will." I agreed.

  Ezra's POV

I saw a light in the middle of a plain room. I walked to the light and looked around.

"Ezra Bridger look how you have grown." I heard a female voice say. I still saw nothing.

"And, a strong Jedi, father and husband." A male voice added.

"What? How did you know about my family." I asked worried.

"We are your family, son." The male voice again. Then two figures walked up to me. I couldn't believe who I saw.

"Mom! Dad!" I shouted. They smiled at me. "Why are you here? Where am I?" I asked.

"You were shot Ezra." Mom said softly.

"Am I dead?" I asked starting to panic. Sabine would have to raise the kids alone. Then the kids wouldn't have a Dad.

"You are just in a comma. We wanted to show you your family." Dad explained.

"Okay. I'm ready." I told them. Then closed my eyes when I opened I saw me and Sabine's room. She was trying to paint she had her thinking face on. The face that makes me smile. I leaned against the wall and smile. I saw her face turn to sadness. She tossed her paint sprayer on our desk. She sat down and ran her fingers through her beautiful white and purple hair. She started to cry I ran by her.

"Sabine what's wrong don't cry please." I begged.

"She can't hear you son." Mom told me.

"Please! Please Ezra I can't raise four kids alone! I can't loose you!" Sabine cried.

"She's a beautiful woman you chose wisely." Mom compliment. I looked and Sabine then I was taken to the kids room. Zoe was in a protective ball. I walked to her and sat down.

"Your Daughter, Zoe Violet Bridger." Dad said.

"She is so broken." I whispered to myself.

"Why? Would it have hurt Hondo so much to tell us there were stormtroopers. My Dad may die because of him." She whimpered.

"Sweetheart." I whispered with tears in my eyes. Than I was taken to the cot-pit. I saw Evie and Hera sitting in there.

"Your youngest daughter Evie Grace Bridger and your mother figure ever since she found you Hera Syndulla Jaruss." Mom said softly.

"I was never trying to replace you I was-" I explaining.

"I know." She said cutting me off. Kanan walked in the cot-pit.

"Kanan Jaruss formerly Caleb Dume your master/adoptive father." Mom said.

"Hey." Kanan greeted the girls.

"Hi." Evie whispered.

"Hey." Hera told Kanan.

"He'll be okay." Kanan told them.

"I hope so." Hera told him. I took one last look Evie than went to Zander. He was in the cargo hold practicing with the force.

"Zander Isaac Bridger your eldest child." Dad said.

"I have to get this right. I need to be better so I can protect everyone." Zander said.

"I remember when I was like that." I said.

"One last trip." Dad told me. Then I was in the common room. Achen was reading something which was strange.

"Achen Cade Bridger your youngest son." Mom told me.

"He never reads willingly." I said.

"This is hopeless." Achen said. Then left the room. Than everything went black. I opened my eyes to see I was in the med-bay of the Ghosts. I looked to my left and saw Lucas.

"Lucas." I said. He turned to face me.

"Ezra!" He shouted.

"Go get the girls." I told him. He nodded than ran out of the room. About two minutes later Sabine ran in than over to me.

"Ezra. I thought you left me." Sabine whispered.

"I'm not that easy to get rid of." I told her jokingly. She gave me a quick peck on the lips than my kids ran in.

"Dad!" They all yelled than hugged me. I yelped in pain causing them to flinch back.

"It's okay kid." I reassured them.

"We thought we would lose you." Zander told me.

"Did your Mom let you think that?" I quizzed.

"No." they all said. Then Hera walked in. The kids left and Hera hugged me lightly.

"I was so worried." She told me.

"I know but I'm here now." I reassured her. "How long was I out?" I asked. Hera looked at Kanan then to me.

"About a week." Kanan said. A week! I have been unconscious for a week!

"But you are back now." Sabine told me.

"How's your wound?" Hera asked.

"Not sure." I told her.

"Can I check?" She asked. I nodded in confirmation. She walk over and moved the blanket from my chest and I saw the wound it was close to my shoulder but low enough to be counted as my chest. Hera removed the bloody bandage and looked at the wound. She checked it out then wrapped it back up.

"So how long till I can leave the med-bay?" I asked wanting to be apart of my children's life again.

"Another four days in here than take it easy. No running around for to long, no sparing with the Zander and Zoe and no lifting heavy things." Hera told me. Then her and Kanan left.

"I love you Ez." Sabine told me.

"I love you too Sab. You and all our kids." I told her. "And I'm not going anywhere." I reassured her.

  So I have ideas on what I'm doing for the next chapter that might be updated later tonight or tomorrow. If you could do me a favor and hit the vote button or leave a comment it would mean a lot.
I might not update much this week because with Christmas being Sunday I have to rearrange my room because I'm getting a new loft bed. Then I have to help my Mom clean my siblings rooms.
