When you came home Friday night after kissing Kuroo, you tried to act like you were upset with your parents but you just couldn't. You were too happy about the kiss to even pretend anything was bothering you.

You studied all of Saturday so you could have Sunday as a break day. Luckily there was a test Monday so as long as you got a good score going out on Tuesday with Kuroo would be no problem.

Then the Monday test came. It was a wreck. There was strange questions that you'd never seen before and you were getting frustrated. How could your teacher do this? You noticed the whole class was getting mad about it. One kid even through a fit and walked out. Finally the bell went and you handed in your test. The second you left the room Mira approached you.

"Well that test was bull" she stated with the irritation clear in her voice.

"Ya I agree" You responded simply with a fake smile.

"Well hopefully everyone does terrible" she laughs and you laugh with her. How were you guys friends.

At the end of the day you walked home extra fast so you could get wifi and see the results. You only got an 88 but the class average was a 36 so that was a good proof.

You ran into your fathers office but he was on the phone. When he hung up he looked at you already disappointed.

"Want to tell me anything about school today?" He asked simply.

"Yes look at this grade. I know it's not very good but the class average was a fail" you reply handing him your phone with the marks screen program open.

"I guess that's good. What about Mira?" He asked.

"I don't know yet. I'll text her" you reply grabbing your phone back and messaging her quickly.

"The school called in an un excused absence today" he says glaring you down.

"Must've been a mistake I didn't skip anything today" you reply firmly.

"Not even second block?" He asks letting the anger rise.

"Nope. We had a substitute who must've messed up" you replied waiting for your dad to not believe you but you weren't lying.

"Well then if I phone the school will they say there is a sub?" He asks challenging you.

"Yes. You can fact check it if you like. Anyways I'm going out tomorrow evening so don't book me with anyone that day" you accept while changing the subject.

"Do whatever you want" he sighs and you take it as your cue to leave. Thank goodness there no more temper tantrums or rants from your father. What's gotten into him.

More texted you back with a 70 and a frown face. You couldn't help but laugh a little. You were finally starting to be smarter then her. She couldn't just use you anymore.

~next day~

All of Tuesday you couldn't concentrate in class. You couldn't keep your mind off your date. You were super excited. You loved kissing him and couldn't wait to hangout with him some more. Even though you barely knew him this was going to be fun.

When you went home you tried on a million different outfits. Eventually you went with your favourite outfit (a/n think of your fav outfit because everyone is different)

It was 5:30 by the time your hair and makeup were done the way you wanted it. You pulled on your old Owen out boots and left for the woods.

He wasn't there yet so you sat at the bottom of your tree and closed your eyes. You knew this anticipation for the date wouldn't last long but you wished it would last forever. Then you felt a pair of finalize lips kiss your cheek.

"Wake up lovely it's time to go" Kuroo whispered and your eyes shot open as you laugh.

"I wasn't sleeping" you reply still laughing at his cheesy line.

"Either way let's go" he replies offering you a hand to pull you up.

You both walked hand in hand towards the train. You noticed he was wearing jeans and a dress shirt which was significantly fancier then his usual warm up shirt and sweatpants attire. He too noticed how good you looked and both kind of just mutually checked each tier out for most of the train ride.

"Where are we going?" You finally asked after stepping off in the core centre of Tokyo.

"Food of course" he smirks and you laugh a little. You guys walk past a few main chain stores like McDonalds before he pulls you into a sketchy alley. You stand back and hesitate.

"Are you scared?" He teases before putting his arm around your waist to guide you down the narrow alley before stepping through a tiny door. It opens into a little restaurant that's packed with business men out for after work drinks. Then you see a familiar face pop up in front of you.

"Kenma!" Kuroo greets the little pudding head setter you met before.

"I have your table ready. Escort yourself" Kenma replies in a very passive tone like he couldn't care less about Kuroo.

Eventually the two of you find the table and the second you sit down there's tons of hot food in front of you.

"Do Kenma's parents own this place?" You ask taking a bite of food the most delicious food you've ever tasted.

"Ya do you like it?" Kuroo's asks slightly yelling over the ambient noise.

"The foods amazing! But it's a little loud" you laugh before trying to eat more.

"Slow down and taste it y/n" you smirks again before eating some of his own food.

Eventually the two of you finished and we're going to leave when you felt a tug on your arm. "Not his girlfriend huh?" It was Kenma smiling just a little evil smile. You smiled back at him before following Kuroo. Your ears needing to readjust from the loud restaurant.

"Want to go somewhere else fun?" Kuroo asks taking your hand again.

"Sure. Where is it may I ask?" You tease giving a little grin of your own.

"You'll see" he offers before walking you into a luxury hotel lobby.

"We aren't supposed to be in here" you whisper trying to fight his grip on your side.

"Trust me. It's fine" he laughs a little and you stop fighting him but still tense a little.

Kuroo walks straight to the elevator and marches through all the rich people like he wins the place. All of them stare at the two of you but don't say a word.

"There's only one way to go" he starts before pulling out a key and pressing the highest button with is 86 "Up" he finishes. The glass elevator lurches up only to instantly expose a beautiful view of the city lights as the two of you zoom 86 stories up.
