Finally Sorted Things Out

IZZY POV

The car ride to the park was quiet, the only noise was the music which was lightly playing in the background. I occasionally moved my eyes to see what Dazz was doing only to see him looking directly in front. 

As soon as he had stopped the car in our parking spot, i didn't hesitate to exit the car which felt like it was suffocating me. I stood in front of the car, pretending to stretch, as i waited for Dazz to join me. 

"In a hurry, i see." He said when he came to stand by me. I turned to him and shrugged, not knowing how i should say that the car was suffocating me. 

"To the bench?" I asked, pointing a thumb over my shoulder. 

"To the bench." He confirmed. I nodded once before turning around and leading him to the bench where i had my first and, so far, only kiss with him. I frowned at that thought, only realizing that now. 

I let out a sigh as i took a seat on the familiar bench. Dazz came and sat next to me but took no effort in touching me. I watched as he bent forward and rested his elbows on his knees. 

"Where to begin?" He asked, letting out a humorless laugh. 

"We have so much to talk about." I mumbled, staring at the pond in front of us. 

"I'm sorry for calling you selfish." He started, staring at the ground. "I never realised how much you have done for me. I've forgotten to see things from your side." 

"I get it. But i don't forgive you. Just so you know." I mumbled. 

"I understand." He sighed. "So how about we start off with school?" He suggested glancing at me with a raised eyebrow. I shrugged, showing him that i didn't mind. 

"I'm dropping out." I stated, no emotion in my voice. 

"That's not neccessary." He said. "I've reconsidered and i'm allowing you to go to school under a few conditions." 

I scoffed, "What? You have to be with me at all times?" 

"Are you kidding? There's no way i'm going back to a place like that." He shivered, making me smile a little. 

"So what are the conditions?" 

"You have to move back to my house." He said. "Jasper can pick you up in the mornings and drop you home." He quickly added after i groaned. 

"Are you serious?"

"It's just so i get to see you. That way it's a win-win situation." He said, sitting up and leaning his back against the seat support. 

I nodded, agreeing to the condition. "But you're sleeping on the sofa."

He chuckled, "Yeah, i figured. But i think Jesse is going to be spending some time with Wes so i'll probably kick it in his room." 

"So is that the only condition?" 

"Yes, for that agreement." He said, glancing at me. I raised an eyebrow, telling him to continue. "Now for the wedding...." 

"I told you, my plan should be fullproof." I defended.

"Yeah, i know but we need a plan incase it doesn't work." He stated. "I'm not going to see you walk down that isle hand in hand with Wes." 

"We'll run. Wes and Jesse and you and i. We can beat the crowd." I said, imagining me running in a wedding dress hand in hand with Dazz.

"Not a good plan but it'll have to do for now." He said, a small smile on his lips. "When are you planning on having this wedding?"
