The door opens to three women "Well-"  they begin to say but mum cuts them off.

"Hi this is my daughter. She has Haphephobia which is the fear of being touched, in her case it's a genetic disorder she got from her father. Please don't touch her. I'm Katherine and I have wicked OCD. I don't like mess and order is a godsend. Nice to meet you." She says all in one breath.

"-come." They finish off their failed attempt to greet us.

"Alira hates the colour red." One of the younger girls blurts out.

"Alaina picks her nose when she sleeps." The other says quickly earning a jab from the other. The two girls then look up to their mother expectantly.

I notice the two girls look exactly the same. Twins. They appeared to be older than myself. Maybe in their early twenties.

"I... hate the taste of coconut?" The mother states however it comes out more as of a question.

"Thank god that's settled. Thought this would have been a disaster." Mum awkwardly laughs.

"Come in, dinners almost ready." The mother laughs.

"You're still letting us in?" I ask confused.

"Of course. We all have our quirks." She shrugs and smiles.

"I guess." I say confused. This was the first time someone hadn't shut the door in our faces.

"I'm Beth and these are my daughters Alira and Alaina. My son Zeke is still upstairs." The older woman introduces herself.

"You can sit here Eloise." Alaina offers making sure the seat was a little further away from the others. It was a small gesture, I smiled.

"Thanks." I say.

"Hey mum I'm going over to Nicks." A boy around my age bounds down the stairs and then walks straight past the kitchen towards the door.

"No. We have guests." She tells him.

"Uh what?" He stops and turns around, confusion written across his face.

"I said no. Sit. Now." Beth instructs her son.

"Hey." I greet him with a smile.

"Your room is really messy." Mum blurts out.

"Uhh..." he looks blankly at her.

"Sorry. We can see his room from Eloise's." Mum fidgets with the cutlery. I could practically see her fuming over the watermarks. It was killing her not to touch them or even say something. However everyone else remained oblivious to the fact.

"No it's fine. I've tried to get him to clean his room." Beth laughs. "He's a slob really. Katherine has OCD and her daughter-" Beth stops as Zeke reaches over to grab a bread roll. His hand ever so slightly brushing mine. The air suddenly leaves my lungs and they begin to feel tight and constricted stopping me from breathing. Don't freak out. Don't freak out. A small whimper leaves my mouth as I begin to shake.

"Oh no!" Mum yells standing up from her seat.

"What." He asks confused.
