So it came that there was an announcement of upcoming concert performances in the Philippines, February of the coming year. One would be held at the Philippine International Convention Center(PICC) and another would be in Cebu.
Greg was really excited at that thought.
But then, their school also made an announcement; Their Midterm exams would be held on the same date as the concerts, Feb. 16 and 18.
Upon learning of this news, he was devastated, he didn't talk to anyone for at least 2 days. All the while, he would just stay by himself contemplating about what he would do.
By the time he had accepted the news, it was the beginning of December.
Still not really coping with the announcement by the school, he just resorted to his favorite social medium - Instagram - to release his frustrations. He posted a picture of the poster that had the dates of the concert

with the caption:
"Hmmp! Turns out I wouldn't be able to attend the concert on the 16th... I'll be having exams til the 18th. #sad #hurtssomuch #concert #PICC #LiberaBoysChoir #Libera"Although he was very disappointed, he still felt blessed because of the friends he had made over the internet who kept his feelings up. Rather than sulking in his room, he opted to just listen to Libera to raise his spirits up, and as usual, listening to them gives him a sense of satisfaction and completeness.
Soon enough, the days of his exams came. What he used as inspiration was his profound adoration for Libera. Aside from reading his notes, he also resorted to listening to songs performed by his favorite choral group. He almost forgot about the concert he couldn't attend until he opened his Instagram account and saw pictures posted by other fans of the concert that happened in the Philippines. But instead of feeling sad, he actually felt happy that Libera had come to the Philippines for another opportunity to be with their Filipino fans. He felt blessed that of all other Asian countries, the Philippines was chosen.
Greg thought to himself," I may have not attended this concert, but I'm quite sure they'll be back someday. and when that day comes, I'll be a member of the audience..."
