The Walls that Keep me from you

Chapter twelve

Once we got home I took all the boys bags up to their rooms for them.

"HOOOOPE!" Ariana shouts up the stairs.

"YEAH?" I say hollering down to her.

"COME DOWN HERE AND BE SOCAIL!!"

I run down the stairs, knocking Ariana and I both down to the ground.  We both laugh loudly.  The boys come to see what all the commotion was about.

"Are you guys okay?"  Jai says with a tone of concern in his voice.

"Of course we are."  Ariana grins while I give her a helping hand up.

We all walk into the living room and sit down.  Joan was out doing some errands so we had the place to ourselves.  Jai and Ariana our on the love seat, and Beau, Luke and I were on the couch. 

"So what should we do?"  Beau asked.

"Well I have P.T. soon."

"Oh that's right.  Luke maybe you can go with her and after you two can go to dance?"  Ariana says playing with her hair.

"That sounds good." Luke says smiling at me.

"Well what I am going to do?!  You and Jai are going to be all over each other."  Beau whines.

"You could come with Luke and I?"  I say smiling.

"...I guess."  He says not too amused.

After a few hours of getting to know each other I find myself the closest with Luke.  I wasn't too close with him in my dream but now best buds.

"Okay your next appointment with Dr. Gregory will be in 6 weeks."  The receptionist says handing my a card.

"Okay thank you very much."  I smile and wave goodbye and leave with the boys.

"How did it go?" Luke asks with his hands in his baggy sweat pants.

"Fine, he gave me some exercises to do to strength my muscles.  But he said I have to take it easy in dance.  He gave me crutches in case I fuck up."  I say raising my right hand with the crutches.

"You HAVE to take it easy?"  Luke says putting empathize on the "have".

"Yes Luke I HAVE to take it easy."  I say mimicking him.

We both smile and let out a laugh, even though nothing was really funny.  Beau stays silent the whole way to the car.  He seems to be so awkward around me.  When I was coming back into the waiting room before,  I saw him talking and laughing it up but, when I walked in he never said another word.

I need to find out what's up with him. 

We get to the dance studio, we're a half an hour late do to my P.T.  appointment.  But they knew about it.

"Hey Scott, sorry we're late again.  It's alright that Luke and Beau are joining us today, right?"

"Yep.  Do you want to catch them up on The Way?"  He asks turning around heading to the group.

"Sure."

"Beau do you want to join?"

"No I'll just watch."

"Alright, come on Luke."

I start teaching Luke The Way.  He catches on fast.  As we're working through the steps together I see that Beau is staring at me.  I see desire with a hint of jealousy painted on his face.  I shrug him off and focus on the dance.
