"5900 will be comin at ya XYZ user!" The senior said as Joseph took a moment to ponder before cringing and groaning, then flipping a trapcard. The crowd that had formed gasped as the straight angry but determined look Joseph had pierced his rival's look of shock. "Upon Starve's effect, I used Satellaralpha! This card releases one Satellar knight and negates the effect of, then destroys, one monster on the field."
"Joseph destroyed his own knight to get rid of 2800 damage?!" Mike said as he saw the fusionist destroy his card and drop it in the grave. "You bastard.."
"All for the win." Joseph said as Deltoros laid on the grave now. "Now, any more?" He said as his life dropped to 4900 compared to his opponent's life of 3100. "Continue, it's my turn." Joseph said awaiting as he saw his turn get passed to him. One more facedown, and a card to draw for a chance to turn it around.
"Draw" he said as he drew and looked at it. "I summon Satellarknight Deneb!"

"When he's summoned, I add one Tellarknight to my hand from the deck. Next I activate the trap; Satellarwave!"

"I can special summon a Tellarknight in my hand During my mainphase or your battlephase. Now for Deneb, I add Altair to my hand, the use Wave to special summon him. Next Altair special summons Alsahm to the field from the grave!"
"Now, I overlay my three level 4 Tellarknights to construct the Overlay network!"
"I XYZ summon Satellarknight Triverr" Joseph said playing the rank 4, then pointing at the field the Senior formed. "Upon his XYZ Summon, all cards on the field, other than him, are returned to the hand."
"What?!" The senior said as he read the card and groaned as he returned the cards and then gasped. "Because Alsahm was summoned, he's at 2100 ya?"
"Yup. Meaning Triverr will beat you. Battle! One last slash Triverr, Holy star sword!" He said as he smiled and leaned back. "I win. And so, we stay here." He said, as the fusionist grabbed his things and scoffed as he looked at his group and stormed off with them.
"So... wow Joseph. No wonder your one of the top guys in our class." Mike said as he took his seat, Joseph sipping on his tea. "Mhmm. I try."
"Joseph.. that was awesome." Asoka said as she sat and read one of his 3 Deneb's. "I should find some XYZ monster that suits my deck."
"They're good. You just need a good fluid one. Here... I found one in a pack I got triverr in." Joseph said putting a rank 4 XYZ in her hands.

"Startime Magician.." Asoka said reading it as she smiled. "T-thanks Joseph!" She said as she looked at him smiling as Joseph just shrugged. "No problem."
"As uptight as ever?" Mike commented as Joseph scoffed. "Problem?"
"Oh no no!" Mike laughed nervously.
