"Who is it?" I yelled. "Room service!" I ain't order it but maybe Z did while I was in the shower so I opened the door and to my surprise there Brian stood. My heart dropped to my feet as he pushed pass me and walked into the room. I bet this mfr called the hotel and said he was my damn husband! I should of used my alias name. He seen Z laying across the bed laughing. "Oh this why you needed to stay here a few more days? You down here fucking this nigga!" He shouted. "No no no Brian!!!! It's not like that!"
We continued to argue and Z tried to walk pass Brian but when he sized him up and down Brian grabbed him and dropped him to the floor. I'm screaming for them to stop I grab my phone and call down to Sin room for them to come help. DJ and Sin came running through the door and DJ reached right for his gun I screamed and jumped in front of Brian. I felt the hot steel hitting my flesh and everything went black. My life flashes before my eyes and I see the light. I can hear myself talking to God. "Am I dead?" I asked. "My child I have way more in store for you, this is just warning before destruction." He spoke so firm and clear.
When I finally woke up I was in a hospital with Brian, Sin and Z at my bedside. I'm guessing DJ was arrested or in hiding because I didn't see him. They all started cheering and thanking God. I cracked a half smile, the meds were strong so I was still drowsy. Z left the room saying he had to run he'd see me back in the A. Brian shot him the most evil look like they still weren't finished. Sin came over and was hugging all on me, I hollered in pain. "Oh shit my bad girl!" She said. I had got hit in my left shoulder and side. I had to thank God myself because it could of been worst. I was released from the hospital the next day and was on a flight back to Atlanta that same night.
When I got back I knew a lot of things needed to change. I let Sin have the money I took from Big I knew she'd come up with another way to double that. As for me I was out! I still had my shoebox money, Brian had moved out said he ain't want no parts of my BS and Z was still doing Z. I packed up my Honda and headed West. God has given me too many chances to fail him again, he had a purpose for my life and I needed to fulfill it.
