Chapter: 11

Amy Pov

*Dream*

"Sonic I found you, I wanted to ask you something, well if thats ok or if you're not busy or anything" I ramble on getting tongue-tied .

"What is it, I don't have time for this honestly" Sonic spat out with anger.

"Ummmm I was wondering if you would want to go out with me?" I ask with hope in my eyes waiting for his response.

"Oh.....................hahahahahahahaha are you serious, why would I ever go out with you, when I have someone like Sally, you're just plain pathetic even Shadow didn't want to stay with you haha" He joked in a sadistic tone.

"Oh..................it was just a dream.." I say outloud wiping the stray tears away from my cheecks. I don't understand I thought he liked me, but he ended up going to Sally, well just shows how easy it is to replace me. Ughhhhhh I shouldn't be attached to this stupid problem, I should focus on the actual threat at hand. Well it seems like everyone left.................better go check, last I saw Knuckles was sleeping in the washer.

"Wow every things clean.................oh what's this?" I say while reading a sticky note on the fridge. They all left for breakfast and they couldn't wait for me, wow I'm special ain't I. Wait what's that noise, everyone should be out. "Hey did you also get left behind haha, we're in the same boat." I say walking towards the noise. As I approach the noise I see a person completely dressed in black searching through Sonic's study. The person looks up and realizes I'm in the room and dashes past me holding a flash drive.

"You're not getting away that easily!!" I yell running to them jumping over the couch slamming into them and dropping them to the floor. The agent quickly jabs towards me and I dodge each strike. I try to swep their legs, but they jump over and perform a backflip which kicks my jaw full force. I stumble backwards and the agent grabs a knife from the drawers next to them and hurls it towards me, I jump behind the couch taking cover. I hear the noise of the person grabbing another knife. I hear the footsteps getting louder and I grab a pillow. I get up and block the knife swipes with the pillow which cut into it like butter. With the feathers flying in the air, I become disoriented, but before it was to late, I catch the glint of the knife and move out the way of the slice of the knife, but it manages to cut my cheeck. I ignore the minor cut and wait for the incoming attack. The agent comes rushing in looking for a way to end the battle, but I was able to anticipate the attack and grab the arm holding the knife. I quickly twist it to rid the person of the weapon, dropping it to the floor, the agent gets out of the grasp. This gives me time to kick the knife on the floor into the air and then kick it towards the assailant. They attempt to dodge the projectile, but it cuts their bicep. They look towards me and the flash drive on the floor. I rush towards the flash drive, but to no avail I was too late, the agent grabbed it and continued to run and jump out the window. I quickly run to the window to see where the person went, but all I see are the woods surrounding the house.

"Dam I fucked up...." I say outloud. What the hell did that bitch take anyways. I'll have to wait till Sonic gets back.

*******Time skip********

"...and then they jumped out the window and they disappeared. I'm sorry I should've stopped them" I explain to Sonic in a sad tone. I see how he looks in the room next to ours seeing our friends laughing and talking.

"I don't know................ughhhhh why is this so difficult, well I'll see what they stole and don't be sorry you didn't expect the agent to be so forward in their mission" He tells me while walking to his study. He looks around and quickly realizes what was stolen. "Well shit..........f**k that agent stole the flash drive containing my......" He says barely above a whisper.

"What was in that flash drive Sonic?" I question him with curiosity clearly in my voice. What can be so bad about losing the flash drive.

"Well before I turned a new leaf................I ummmmm kind of sold drugs on a global scale and trust me I don't do it anymore, but I kept the flash drive to keep some of the big shots rivaling me who have bought drugs from me to keep their mouths shut and fund me. This explains how Eggman got out so quickly, my rivaling competition got him out with the idea of getting the flash drive . Well they can't blackmail me with that flash drive since they can't erase the data on there so the evidence has their name on it and it'll stay that way."

"Are you serious you...........well I'm not suprised honestly now that I think about............yeah I can see you being a drug dealer lol" I say suprised at how normal it was to accept the fact Sonic was a drug dealer.

"Wait?! What you're not mad at me?" He says astonished and his mouth in an "o" shape.

"Well I know how you were, it was hard to keep a steady flow of money especially since the world didn't need saving anymore, I just wish it was by different means though and I trust you that you feel guilty of what you had to do, plus seeing how you are now, I highly doubt you're still a drug dealer lol" I say with confidence in my beliefs. Sonic stares at me in a weird way and begins to laugh. "What's so funny?!"

"You are, you're so strange sometimes..................I missed that honestly" He laughs while wiping away the tears from his eyes. "We'll begin our searching for the agent tonight we need to sniff them out quickly before they kill us..."

"You're right, we need to find out quickly before we run out of time" I say in a serious tone. "Let the agent hunt begin"

So guys it's been a while lol 😂😅😐, so hope I can keep this going these weeks. I enjoyed writing this again, it brings back good memories, but I do hope you guys enjoy it as much as I like writing them. And im so sorry if this was a bit short, but I'll make the next chapter longer for you guys 😊. Again I'm open to new ideas and please comment, I love getting feedback from you guys. Don't forget to vote if you enjoyed as well.

Alright so I'll try to get started on the next chapter as quick as I can. Hopefully it doesn't take me another couple of months before I start again 😅. Well anyways remember I love you guys ❤❤❤
