(Long chapter ahead)
The girls all finished their poems within about 20 minutes and handed them in then began to talk quietly amongst themselves. Juvia's was on top so I read hers first.

Rain, midnight rain, nothing but the wild rain
On this bleak hut, and solitude, and me
Remembering again that I shall die
And neither hear the rain nor give it thanks
For washing me cleaner than I have been
Since I was born into this solitude.
Blessed are the dead that the rain rains upon:
But here I pray that none whom once I loved
Is dying to-night or lying still awake
Solitary, listening to the rain,
Either in pain or thus in sympathy
Helpless among the living and the dead,
Like a cold water among broken reeds,
Myriads of broken reeds all still and stiff,
Like me who have no love which this wild rain
Has not dissolved except the love of death,
If love it be towards what is perfect and
Cannot, the tempest tells me, disappoint.
~Juvia
Rainmaker obviously. I quickly grade her paper and set it aside. "So Lev are you and Gajeel going on a date tonight?" I catch Lucy asking at a barely audible level. Good thing I have super hearing. I smirk to myself. Wait Juvia knows about Levy and Gajeel? I thought me, Lucy and Gray were the only other people who knew about that! I guess it makes sense though, Juvia said they've been friends for 5 years.
"Shhh Lucy not so loud! No I'm not going out with Gajeel tonight." She whispered back.
"Okay well my brother called me earlier, he and my father are gonna be gone on a business trip until next month, so I was thinking after the Four Elements trip you guys could maybe stay with me until they get back." Lucy whispered quietly. "Oh and Lev my offer still stands if you wanna move in with me. I know how your mom has been lately." She added.
"I'm definitely taking you up on that offer. I swear it's like she blames me for dad leaving, and everything after that." Levy responded.
"Juvia parents are never home so Juvia looks forward to not being alone!" Juvia whispered excitedly. The girls were all quiet for a moment. Lucy looked like she was in deep thought. Then she smiled and looked at Juvia.
"Juvia if you would like, you're welcome to move in too." Lucy whispered back with just as much excitement. "Lev you can bring Gajeel this weekend, but I swear to God if you have sex in my pool again I will drown you both. Also if you're gonna do it in anyone's bedroom, perhaps not Luke's room this time. Having to think of a non sex related excuse why his sheets were dirty when he hadn't been home in a week was embarrassing." Lucy added.
Wow, who new the bookworm had it in her. That's totally fucking gross though. Eww. I don't want to hear about Gajeel's sex life.
"Juvia remembers when they first got together. Juvia will never get over the embarrassment of getting caught in 'the act' though." Juvia said blushing.
"Oh that's right! I remember Lev telling me about that, she walked in on you and some guy from Phantom Academy right and when she ran off in embarrassment she ran into Gajeel and sprained her ankle." Lucy giggled.
Wow I didn't know that's how they met...
"Lu referred to it as love at first sight, or collide." Levy giggled. Okay I better get back to these poems. Looks like Levy's is next.

I opened a book and in I strode.
Now nobody can find me.
I've left my chair, my house, my road,
My town and my world behind me.

I'm wearing the cloak, I've slipped on the ring,
I've swallowed the magic potion.
I've fought with a dragon, dined with a king
And dived in a bottomless ocean.

I opened a book and made some friends.
I shared their tears and laughter
And followed their road with its bumps and bends
To the happily ever after.

I finished my book and out I came.
The cloak can no longer hide me.
My chair and my house are just the same,
But I have a book inside me.
~Levy McGarden

Hmm I guess she liked too many books just to refer to one.
"Lucy, Juvia is wondering since you've been quiet for a while, are you a virgin?" Juvia asked.
My ears immediately perked up at this question. Does my Luce still have her innocence?
"Is that a joke?" Levy asked giggling quietly.
Oh, I guess not. By the sound of Levy's voice she's the opposite. Man...
"This girl is the poster child for innocence." Levy giggled.
I smirk to myself.
"She's never even had a boyfriend!" Levy said a little louder. They all looked up at me quickly, but I acted like I was too busy with my work to have heard them.
"She did have the biggest crush on a boy her mom used to tutor though. She went on and on for weeks about how it was true love. How she could listen to him for hours when he told stories" Levy giggled.
"Lev there is nothing wrong with believing in true love." Lucy whined quietly.
"Yeah but if you keep this up you're gonna be alone forever, you can barely remember anything about that boy anymore. All you have is that book he wrote that your mom gave you." Levy said a little more serious.
"Book? What book? Juvia wants to know what book." Juvia whispered quickly.
"Oh it's some book about a princess, a dragon and prince. It's the one book she won't let me take out of her room." Levy laughed.
"Oh hush Levy, I'll show you this weekend Juvia. It's my favorite book and I just don't want to risk anything happening to it." Lucy whispered back.
"Oh is this the book you based your poem on?" Juvia asked. Lucy simply nodded her head. Hmm I'm curious about this book. I guess I should read Lucy's poem to find out more about it.

She cries when the prince takes her from the ruined castle,
from the dragon who faithfully watched over her,
she kicks and screams and sobs for her beast,
repeating her desperate plea to return to the place
she has called home for more years than she can count;
'I didn't need to be saved'.

Court life stifles her, makes her want to scream
until she has no energy left to fight.
she flees to the gardens, running barefoot
through fountains and flowerbeds,
returning only when the guards come to seek her out,
silk dresses torn and covered in mud.

Her dreams are of flying, of flames and smoke, and
she longs for the nights when she could fall asleep
with warm scales as her pillow,
knowing that nothing would dare harm her
while her dragon stands guard
but that world seems to belong to another girl now.

Then a new knight appears in the court she so loathes,
swearing his allegiance not to the prince,
or to the person she can hardly think of as her father
but to her, and when his eyes meet hers
she smiles for the first time since the prince brought her 'home',
the fire in his gaze as familiar as her own.

She'd recognize her dragon anywhere.
~Lucy Heartfilia

Oh my god, this is, no it's not possible...
I clear my throat catching the girls attention. "Miss Hearfilia, please see me after class." I say locking eyes with her. She had a nervous look on her face.
"Yes, Mr. Dragneel." She replied quickly. The three girls all looked at each other nervously.
Geez I'm not gonna hurt her. I am a teacher after all.
