Igneel placed his hands on Natsu's shoulder and wept happily. "You really had me going son! I thought you were going to be alone forever!" he cried. "You never showed any interest in women, or men for that matter. I would have been happy as long as you were happy, I just want to be a grandpa and the adoption process is far simpler these days. I WANT TO BE A GRANDPA!" he cried even louder. "Zeref and Mavis are so busy running her business that even though they've been married for 5 years and still haven't given me a grand baby! Not one! It doesn't help that they both have the emotional fortitude of a piece of paper, but still. Not a single grand baby yet?" He threw his arms up in despair. "Do you know how jealous it makes me to hear about all the other CEO's and their beautiful, smart grandchildren?" "All these years you've been so stubborn, just for you to bring back the hard to even see Heartfilia heiress, talk about a plot twist!" He threw himself into his chair and sighed. Then he straightened his back and cleared his throat. "I accept your proposal on one condition." his face became very stern, like he wasn't willing to budge on this condition no matter what. Everyone nodded in acceptance. "I want an e-vite to the Nalu album." He huffed. Gajeel quickly pulled out his phone and invited Igneel to the shared album. While he fangirled over the album the group quietly snuck out of his office. "Who came up with that ship name? That is so cute! Look at my little boy, he's finally becoming a man!" Igneel squealed happily as the door quietly shut. The group silently boarded the elevator, rode it down, and exited the building. they stood looking up at it for 15 minutes still in shock. "I can't believe it was that simple."
