(Your Pov)
(1 month later)
I squeezed Hiccup's hand and kissed him on the cheek. Our dragon smiled at each other as they jumped and pranced around.
"I think I have to go." Hiccup looks up at me with confused eyes.
"So soon? Its only been around two hours," Hiccup said. I nod at him while motioning for Silver to come over.
"Yeah, tomorrow is Christmas and I have to get presents for my family still. I haven't had time lately with the lands-meet in a month, you know."
"What's Christmas like in the IceCaps?" Hiccup stood up with a curious look on his face.
"Well, we all sit around the fire in our homes and exchange gifts to one another. Then after the whole village comes out of their houses and we celebrate with a feast. The children play, the adults talk, the teens usually sit together and talk or play with the children," My eyes sparkled at the memories, "When I was younger, my grandmother would wake us up really early and take us out into the forest. She would bring us up to a hill and we would wait until the sun would rise. When it did the light would illuminate the icicles and the freshly fallen snow to sparkle. She would sing a song while we stared. It was the most amazing thing in the world. Sadly we don't do that anymore." I felt Hiccup's arms around me and a light kiss pressed against my forehead. It made my stomach flutter with joy.
"That sounds nice."
"Do you celebrated Christmas?" Hiccup shook his head.
"Usually we just say 'Merry Christmas' to anyone we see."
"No presents?"
"Nope. One year I tried and let's just say we found out my father is allergic to Copperhead horns."
"I guess Christmas isn't all about the presents." I laughed. He chuckled with me before letting go.
"So I'll see you the day after Christmas?"
"I was hoping to see you on Christmas but I should be with my family." I gave his hand one last squeeze before mounting Silver and flying away.

(My Pov)
(Y/N) ran frantically though the village with hands full of gifts for her loved ones.
"Okay, Mom's gift? Check! Dad's and Eirwen's gift? Got them! And lastly Lumi's gift? Yup!" (Y/N) said as she kicked open the door to her home. "Now all I have to do is wrap them." Little foot steps came running towards her in an excited fashion.
"(Y/N)! (Y/N)! It's almost Christmas! Do you think the Great Dragon will give me presents this year?" Lumi jumped up and down, tugging on the ends of my shirt.
"Have you been a good girl this year Lumi?" She nods.
"Yes! Yes!"
"Then I'm sure you'll get everything you asked for!" Her eyes sparkle brightly as she jumps again. Her blue hair moving wildly.
"Do you think the Great Dragon will give the people in Berk gifts too?" She asked before running off. "Maybe I should get Hiccup a gift." (Y/N) thought as she walked up to her room.
(Y/N) walked around the house as she thought of a gift to give for her special someone. Whenever she thought of something, (Y/N) would think maybe he already has it. The blue-(H/C) girl threw her hands in the air and sat glumly next to Silver and IceBreaker.
"I give up!" She groaned. Silver and Icebreakr look over at their master before running out of the house.
"Thanks for helping!" (Y/N) yelled out after them.
"Sweetheart? Is something the matter?" Nia and Aro sat next to their daughter.
"It's fine. I'm fine mom, dad."
"Now, (Y/N) I raised you for 20 years. I think you know better than to lie." Nia said.
"Well, I bought gifts for everyone except one person. I don't know what he wants and if he even wants anything. I don't want to ask because then he'll know I'm getting him something." (Y/N) buried her face in her hands.
"So you want to get him something but you don't know what to give him? Am I right?" (Y/N) nodded at her father's question, "Then use your imagination. You don't have to buy something. All that really matter is how much thought you put into it."
"My imagination." Nia smiles and combed her fingers though her daughter's hair.
"Yes, I know you can do it. You thought of almost all of the dragon devices we have now. Don't think too big. Usually the best present are the smallest presents." Just then, Silver and IceBreaker came running into the house. They wagged their tails at their master before dropping a crystal near (Y/N)'s feet. (E/C) eyes stared down at the blue gem.
"I got it!" (Y/N) jumped from off the floor and grabbed the small gem. "Thanks you." She said kissing both her parents and her dragons before leaving her house with a smile on her face.

(Meanwhile with Hiccup)
(My Pov)
Hiccup searched underneath every bush and stone for certain pieces for a project he was working on.
"Just a few more then we'll be good." Hiccup said aloud. Toothless came up to Hiccup with 5 small, shiny rocks in his mouth.
"These are perfect bud!" Hiccup exclaimed, "now let's get back so we can actually finish this.

(Christmas Day)
(Your Pov)
I woke up to the sound of something hitting my window. The snow was falling gently from late night sky. "The sun isn't even up. Who could be up at this time." I opened the window swiftly to see who it is.
"(Y/N), come here!" A hushed voice said. Hiccup stood in a bush near my house, shivering in the cold. His nose was a bright red as he stood waiting for me. The snow pulled in clumps on his head.
"Hiccup what are you doing here. And without a coat?"
"Well, you said that it w-wasn't that bad here."
"That's because I'm used to the cold. I live in the IceCaps. The word ice is in the name, it's going to be cold. Just wait there. I'll be right down." I closed my window and threw on some warmer clothing on. I left my room and went downstairs as quietly as I could, grabbed some wool and mittens. "I should give this to him. It is Christmas." I thought before grabbing the small box and running out the door.
"Hiccup, Hiccup you can come out now." Toothless stuck his head out from behind the. Yeh and sneezed. Soon Hiccup followed with the same action as his dragons. "They're exactly the same."
"Hey, (Y/N)." Hiccup scratched the back of his neck with a sheepish smile creeping up on his face.
"Here, put these on. I got some boots for Toothless too." He took the cloths and put them on in a haste.
"Did you want to come inside? I can start a fire to warm you both up."
"No! No I couldn't. Besides I have something to show you." Hiccup gently took my hand and lead me towards the forest.
"So I reminded what you said to me yesterday. You looked like you really missed watching the sun rise on Christmas so I thought..." His voice trails off as we come to our destination. Lights hung in the trees making the snow shimmer under its light. I could see the sun starting to peek out from underneath the ground. I smile in anticipation of seeing what I longed to see for so long.
"I also made you, um, this. I not really god at the whole gift giving thing but I hope you like this." He held out a small box nicely wrapped with a blue ribbon around it. I gently took it out of his hand and stared down at it. Slowly I unlaced the ribbon and opened the box. Inside the box was a bracelet made of small red gems. They winked and glistened in the lights around us.
"I made it with Toothless's fire. It took a long time but I thought it would be perfect for you.
"Hiccup, it's... I... I love it." I took it out of the box and placed it around my right wrist.
"I have something for you too." I took out a small box with a red ribbon on it and put in his stretched out hand. He smiled when he saw what was inside. He pulled out the blue crystal necklace I made for him.
"I guess we both had the same idea." Hiccup smiled as he put the necklace on. Just then the sun light started to peak though the trees making everything light up.
"Wow look at this Hiccup. Thank you so much!" I threw my arms around him.
"Have I ever told you that you remind me if a snowflake?"
"No, why?"
"Because you're one of a kind." I laugh at his pickup line. "I'm serious, they'll never be anyone like you." I could feel his finger tips trace the snowflake shaped scar on my right wrist while he slid his nose across mine.
"Well if I'm your snowflake, then you're my four leaf clover, I'm so luck to find you." He chuckles at my corny line.
"We're weird you know that." He whispered against my lips.
"I know but that's what makes just get along so well."
"Merry Christmas (Y/N)."
"Merry Christmas Hiccup." With that we finally kissed. I could almost hear my grandmother's song as we kissed under the glow of the golden sun.Do you remember me?
I sat upon you knee
I wrote to you with childhood fantasies
Well I'm all grown up now
And I still need help somehow
I'm not a child but my heart still can dreamSo here's my lifelong wish
My grownup Christmas list
Not for myself but for a world in needNo more live torn apart
That wars would never start
And time will heal our hearts
And everyone would have a friend
And right would always win
And love would never end, no
This is my grown up Christmas listAs children we believe
The grandest sight to see
Was something lovely wrapped beneath the tree
But heaven only know
That packages and bows
Can never heal a hurting human soulNo more live torn apart
That wars would never start
And time will heal our hearts
And everyone would have a friend
And right would always win
And love would never end, no
This is my grownup Christmas listWhat is this illusion called the innocent of youth
Maybe only in our blind belief can we ever find the truthNo more live torn apart
That wars would never start
And time will heal our hearts
And everyone would have a friend
And right would always win
And love would never end, no
This is my grown up Christmas list
This is my only lifelong wish
This is my grown up Christmas list☝️️This is what the place Hiccup bring you to looks like
👆This is what your present looks like. Hiccup's is at the beginning of the chapter.
