Chapter 8
The rest of the dinner was great, it was an awesome night with my friends. Jc kept his hand on my upper thigh all night and drew little shapes with his fingers. When we were done, we all decided to go back to my apartment and watch a movie. I got a bunch of pillows and blankets and made a huge bed in the middle of my living room. We all settled in to watch 'it'. Jc was beside me then Kian, Andrea, Connor, and Ricky. I snuggled into Jc because I hate scary movies. At one point something made me so scared that I jumped into Jc's lap. He wrapped his arms around me and soothed me, but when I went to move back beside him, he wouldn't let me go. Was I the girl he had a crush on? There is no way he likes me. I like him though. A lot. When the movie was over, everyone got up to leave, except Jc. He had fallen asleep. When the guys asked, I told them not to worry and that he could spend the night if he wanted. When the boys left, I gently shook him.
"Jc, movies over, you can stay here with me if you want."
"Okay babe. Let's go to bed."
We went into my room and Jc pulled his shirt and pants off.
"I hope you don't mind, I only sleep in boxers."
"I don't mind, I'm gonna go change, I'll be right back."
"Mmk."
I went and changed into some sleep shorts, and a tank top. When I came back Jc was on my bed on his phone.
"You look so beautiful babe." I laughed and threw my hair in a messy bun.
"Thanks 'babe'." I said mimicking him. I got onto my bed and we both got under the covers.
"Goodnight Jc."
"Goodnight beautiful." He kissed the top of my head and wrapped his arms around my waist. I rested my head on his chest and fell asleep.
