CHAPTER 20

Alley is looking through the window watching the clouds as they roll in as the sky mimicks her mood as the raindrops began to fall from the sky so does the tears from her eyes, rolling down her cheeks like the ice rolls down a mountain from a avalanche.

She closes her eyes and drops her head as she feels a presence behind her as she begins to sniffle she hears ghost voice,

"What's wrong." as she quickly tries to away wipe her tears that only keep coming as she puts on the phoniest smile she could muster and replies,

"Nothings wrong, I'm fine."

"I know you better than you think I do, I can see it in your eyes, something is killing you inside... So go lie to someone else with that bullshit." Says Ghost.

Alley looks back out the window and up at the clouds again, as thoughts begin to flood her mind as she parts her mouth to speak.

"I never understood, why I was never good enough." Whispered Ally

"What do you mean???" asked Ghost.

"My mom always hated me. She tried to use me to trap my dad, and now hates me because it didn't work. She often tries to use me to pay off her debts, and beats me because I never go through with it."

Alley says as Ghosts clenches and unclenches his fist as he listens to her continue speaking.

"Well you know about the rest... No-one really wants me, my dad left when I was four, my mom don't give two fucks about me, and my biggest fear is that at some point your brother will get tired of me too." Ghost gets loud and says,

"That's a damn lie, and your thinking gotta change A.S.A.P." as Ghost begins to walk back and forth out of frustration as he can only imagine what she has been going through, that she has not spoken on. He finally calms himself down and says,

"You're a survivor, you take your strength for a weakness where most people would have been done gave up, and my brother would never get tired of you. If you make him mad he may go into another room, and get high for bout an hour, but giving up on you... Nahhhhh... That shit will never happen." they both here a voice from the doorway say,

"Damn sure ain't, because you are now stuck with me, plus you're carrying my seed. Bae I ain't going anywhere." Ghost has a smirk on his face as they both look back at Shadows nonchalant face as he approaches Ally as he looks deep into her eyes and says,

"Quit stressing so much bae. Now if my baby come out having three toes, I'm gonna fuck you up." Alley looks at him as she begins to smile and wraps her arms around Shadow as Ghost busted out with a gut wrenching laugh.

"Bae go get ready, we gotta go shopping for your graduation tomorrow." says Shadow as he kisses her forehead, and watches her as she exits the room and shuts the bedroom door behind her as Ghost speaks to Shadow.

"You know this nigga gotta be dealt with."

"In due time... They all will." Shadow commented...
