Ava's pov.

1 week later

"James I swear to fucking god if you don't get off my fucking chair I will fucking kill you" I threated

James didn't even seem bothered by my threat. He just continued on watching TV.

Me and James are still friends, he for some reason is not asking me to be his girlfriend. But whatever, I mean we have only been on 3 dates anyway. Ever since the night I opened up to James we have gotten a lot closer which is nice. I'm still mean to him but he seems to be used to it by now.

Back to present time James is sitting on my favorite new chair I just bought for my living room yesterday, and he's not getting off of it.

Well he asked for it.

I walked behind him so I was behind the chair. I lifted the chair up from behind and I heard a loud thud, I smirked and sat down on my comfortable new chair, I snuggled into it and looked down at James to see him glaring at me.

"What?" I asked giving him an inocent look,

He stood up and looked down at me.

"What the fuck was that for?" He asked looking pissed.

"You were on my seat and I wanted you off of it"

"You could've just asked"

"I did" I replied blankly,

"Oh yeah?" He asked crossing his arms.

"Yeah"

"When?"

"When you were off in La la land"

He rolled his eyes and sat down on my other couch. I heard a knock at my door so I got up from my chair and looked at James.

"You better not be on my chair when I get back" I warned.

He held his hands up in mock surrender making me roll my eyes. I walked to my front door and opened it. My gang stood there dressed in all black and they had huge bags.

"What's up?" I asked letting them in.

"We were planing on vandalizing an alleyway you wanna come with?" Hunter asked holding up his bag.

"Guys I would love to but I can't just leave James here by himself"

"Why don't you invite him to come with us?" Mike asked

I laughed and shook my head.

"What's so funny?" I heard a voice say behind me.

I turned around to see a confused James.

"The boys thought that you would want to come with us to vandalize a alleyway" I said

"What's so funny about that?"

"Oh nothing it's just I could never see you trying to commit a crime"

"Hey I could, just give me a chance and besides I need to live a little you know?"

"Okay fine we will go we just have to get dressed first" I said

James smiled and walked up to the boys and they all did that hug/handshake thing that guys do.

"James do you have any black clothing with you?" I asked

"Um...yeah I'm wearing it now"

"Your wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans"

"I have extra clothes" Parker said

"Alright cool give those to James and I will go get dressed I'll be back in a second"
