Chapter 25

Ava's pov.

"How about this one?" I asked pointing at the cute house that we just passed by.

Me and James are driving around looking at houses to move into, preferably one we can move into right away. Since we are impatient.

"Cutie that house isn't for sale, same for the other past six houses you pointed out" James said mumbling the last part.

"Hey a girl can dream!" I defended

He rolled his eyes and continued driving around the subdivision. After a few minutes James slammed his brakes randomly, I looked over at him to see he had big eyes.

"James what the fuck was that for?!" I asked pissed.

He pointed to something so I followed his finger to see him pointing to a nice house. It looked like the perfect kind of house for raising a kid. The grass was perfectly cut, there was an attached garage, and the house was kind of a dark vanilla color. I saw a for sale sign and I started getting excited.

It was perfect.

"James we have to get that house" I breathed

"We will" He said pulling into the driveway which had one car parked in the front.

We both got out of the car and walked up to the front door. James rang the doorbell and a few seconds later a little old lady opened the door.

"Hello mam I couldn't help but see that this house is for sale" James said polity.

"Oh yes it is I'm actually just hear to make sure I packed everything, are you interested in it"

"Depends would you call this neighborhood a good place to raise a child?" I asked

"Yes of course, I actually raised my children here and they loved it"

"That's awesome" I smiled

"Are you guys expecting?" The lady asked.

"Yup I'm two and a half months pregnant" 

"Congratulations" The lady said looking at us happily.

"Thank you" Me and James said at the same time.

"Would you guys like a tour?" 

"We would love that miss...?" James said

"Oh you can call me Sally"

"Well then we would love to Sally" James said nodding.

"Come on in" Sally said opening the door for us.

We walked in and I felt right at home.

Once we finished the tour Sally asked if we wanted something to drink, so here we are in the kitchen drinking tea.

"So Ava and James do you like the house?" Sally asked

"I love it" I said with a smile.

"Me to" James nodded smiling down at me.

"I'm gonna use the bathroom, I'll be right back" Sally said walking to the bathroom.

I turned to look at James with a big smile.

"James I want to raise our kid here" I said 

"Me to it's perfect"

"Are we gonna buy it?" I asked excited.

"We'll see if we can buy it right away" James nodded.

Sally walked out of the bathroom and looked at us with a happy look.
