I drove Cas to a lookout point at just the right time, sunset. Birds were flying everywhere, I thought it was a little annoying… so I threw some little rocks at them, Cas was laughing. Heh I wasn’t even trying to make him. He was so cute when he laughed at me, my jokes, anything, even if it was the dumbest thing I have ever said, he liked it. I kept telling him that he was cute and charming and whatever else, but he kept denying it. I don’t understand why when it was all true. After every denial I’d kiss him anywhere that seemed fitting to the compliment. (E. G. if I said he was a good kisser I’d kiss his lips) After my kisses he’d turn pink and it was just so cute I had to laugh. The sun eventually set and time went by because we were having so much fun, just Cas and me.

“I know there’s a display tonight. I wanted to show you.” I began a new conversation,

He looked confused, but then he nodded. This was gonna be fun. I smiled a little. Fireworks began to go off and we had the best seats.

“Here we go.” I explained.

“I… I haven’t see fireworks since I was a kid.”

“So I guess now’s the perfect time, huh?”

I was very pleased with myself for coming up with this brilliant idea; I knew it made Cas happy. It made me happy, too.

“I guess so.” He added last.

Cas ended up leaning on me and falling asleep in my arms. Aww… I carried him to the back of my car, careful not to wake him, and went back to his house. I shook him a little when we arrived. He asked me if I wanted to stay but I said no. I kissed his forehead and ruffled his hair then drove back home to a house with Sammy asleep on the couch when I went inside.
