Jackson's POV:
We eventually carried everything into the house. Mark and I carried the big furniture pieces into the house and put them where they belonged. The rest of the boxes were in the living room.

"Jackson honey, why don't you and Mark go set your room up?" She said to me. "Um, okay," I said. I looked at Mark who was looking at me.

It took us a few trips to get all of the boxes with my name on them into my new room. Finally we got all the boxes in there and we were alone. The atmosphere became really awkward now.

"So, uh Mark," I said. "Yeah?" He questioned me. "How long have you lived in Korea?" I asked him. "For awhile now, I'm actually from the United States," he said. "Really? That's really cool. I can actually speak English fluently. I'm from Hong Kong by the way." I told him.

"Oh you're Chinese. I can speak Mandarin if you wanted to know," he said playfully. With that we both smiled at each other. Jeez, even his smile is beautiful, I thought to myself.

He looked at me really weird and I grew confused. "What? Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked him. "You were just staring at me and you just said 'jeez, even his smile is beautiful'" he said. I instantly turned red.

"O-Oh I'm so so-sorry. I didn't mean to say that out loud," I stuttered to him. "It's fine, you're pretty attractive yourself," he said while smiling at me. My heart was pounding now. Did he just say I was attractive? "Thank you," I said shyly.

For awhile  we unpacked my things in silence. Then I heard a knock on my door. "Honey, dinners ready," my mother said through the door. "Okay, we'll be out there in a minute," I yelled back at her. "Come on, let's go eat," I said while looking at Mark.

I opened my door and he followed me to the dinning area. We ate dinner and it seemed like my mother and Mark's mom were getting along very well. While Mark and I have barely talked to each other, and we continued to not talk to each other.

"Jackson are you okay?" My mother asked me. "What? Yeah I'm fine. Just tired of unpacking," I said. "Okay, well how about after dinner we call it a day? We can continue tomorrow." She said. I just nodded in response.

After dinner was over, we all said our goodbyes and Mark and his mom left. I went up to my room to go to bed. I was really tired and wanted some rest. I changed and climbed into bed.

Before I actually went to sleep, I thought about Mark. He's so beautiful and perfect. He actually thinks I'm attractive. I'm gonna try really hard tomorrow to talk to him and become friends with him. With that thought in mind, I went to bed.
